The service was quite rude from the start: unfriendly, curt responses, and a general rushed attitude, almost as if I were bothering them.
The bread was cold and unappealing.
The food itself was decent, nothing memorable, but not bad either: you eat it, but you're left with nothing that makes you say, "I'll definitely be back."
The thing that left me most perplexed was the coffee: the cup was dirty on the outside, you could see it had been poured poorly and served carelessly.
In short: it wasn't a tragedy, but for me, the combination of overlooked details and lack of courtesy means it's not a place I'd enthusiastically return to.

Aside from the location, where you sleep in a very vintage way, the owner was very kind. Upon arrival, she offered us three glasses of good white wine, and upon departure, she wanted to offer us water and some trekking supplies, which we declined, so she gave us a box of sweets instead.
We had a delicious breakfast with quality savory options, plenty of Asiago cheese, and a fantastic sweet apple pie and fruit. There was everything; we just had to ask for whatever we wanted and she would bring it. There were five of us, and we had a great time.

Excellent place for gnocchi. A bit hard to get to but worth the trip, scenery along the way is great anyway. Only went there for lunch, did not stay at the hotel.

For many years that I have frequented this wonderful place and to the detriment of the Gatibaldino that I tried once but I had rejected it for the small portions and very long waiting times, here I will always feel at home 😘😘😘😁😁😁

We had a great time! The waiters and service were excellent, the bearded guy was very good, and so were the blonde girls! The waiters were quick and helpful. We ate generous portions and were greeted perfectly. They were truly kind and polite. The price might be a little high, but we had a great time!
