minimal environment with a good policy: recyclable cutlery and plates. tasty menu not too extensive but very local. I had pappardelle with wild boar, peposo all'Impruneta and dessert of the day. super friendly and helpful staff. portions not abundant but filling. everything well done. it is also good for those traveling alone

I had an excellent experience at this Tuscan restaurant. The food was delicious, with authentic flavors and carefully presented; you can feel the attention in every dish. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. I want to highlight in particular the kindness of the staff: the waiters were very attentive, friendly and always available with a smile. Definitely a place to return to and that I recommend to those who want to enjoy excellent Tuscan cuisine with impeccable service.

The choice is not wide, and this is a strong point: each dish is well made and you can feel the passion in the kitchen.👏 Better a few well-made dishes than an endless menu without a soul. Our visit started with the waiter serving us water with plastic glasses. He said "these are not plastic". The glasses said "made of plastic" in 6 languages. This pretty much sums it up. Most of the menu was unavailable, not sure if it's ever available at all. The two different pastas we eventually ordered looked pretty much identical - two types of pasta and the same meat, probably procured from the carrefour next door, no salt, no nothing, and on paper plates as well, which just made eating outside weird due to wind. Two pastas and 2 bottles of cola for 46 euro, really?

What can I say, fantastic place! The quality of the food is spectacular, the choices are limited (a sign of quality) but all of a standard that makes the choice difficult, but whatever you do, quality is guaranteed. Excellent service, availability, courtesy and friendliness that make it a truly superb place. Another "gem" is one of the few places on the street without the "buttadentro", which in my opinion make it even more authentic and non-commercial despite the extreme proximity to the tower and the field. The choice of the entire compostable blanket is particular, a very interesting choice and not at all annoying to use. Finally, it is also possible to purchase some products, personally we took the pear and rum jam present on the Tuscan appetizer platter, which was truly fabulous and to take home! Highly recommended and we hope to see you again, certainly if I return to Pisa!

Abbiamo provato 3 piatti (+1): pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale, tagliolini al nero di seppia e un tagliere di crostini. Tutti sono stati molto apprezzati, allo stesso modo. Forse mi aspettavo i fagioli all'uccelletta un po' più saporiti, ma va bene. Personale cordiale, politica green già ben descritta nelle altre recensioni. Porzioni buone, mi è piaciuta l'idea dell'entree con una barchetta di pappa al pomodoro. Acqua compresa nel coperto.

Locale in una strada laterale rispetto a piazza dei miracoli. A pochissimi metri. Proposta di cucina locale con ampia varietà di gusti. Piatti ben lavorati con ottimo gusto. Ho assaggiato pici all' aglione e spezzatino di cinghiale. Interessante la proposta "green", che porta a prediligere stoviglie compostabili.
