21/05/2024: Lovely place for drinks or some food right in front of the cathedral steps. Lots of choice on both the food and drink menus.
09/02/2024: This was one of the very few places open for lunch in Ragusa Ibla in February. Turned out great for a light lunch (others in our tour had a cold beer with light dishes). Very enjoyable location, right on the Piazza.

02/07/2024: Ragusa Ibla is a very special town and Semplice bistrobottega is a very special restaurant. The owner, Elena, is lovely and clearly passionate -- not only about food, but about the people who grow it and its connection to the region. A delicious and memorable experience to be sure.
20/01/2024: Complimenti. Su tutto. Le persone, gentili, accoglienti, professionali, competenti. I piatti sinceramente di qualità e gustosi, non convenzionali e ben presentati. Scelta dei vini ben esplicata. La chicca è il giardino. Il conto più che onesto.
