Excellent home cooking restaurant

Excellent value for money, good service, quiet, easy-going place, I highly recommend it...

What struck me most of all about this restaurant was the homely atmosphere. As soon as we entered, we immediately noticed a group of elderly people 🧓🏻👴🏻 playing cards 🃏 and drinking wine 🍷 at the table in front of the counter (a glimpse of typically rural everyday life that reminded me of the old days, so to speak). The boy 🧑🏻 who met us then accompanied us to our table (booked 📞 in advance). We took a look 👀 at the menu 📋 and ordered water 💧 and wine 🍷. As for the courses, we all opted for the "combination" starter + main course. All tasty 😋 I must say (and also at a good price) although the portions are not huge. We then concluded with dessert (a sort of cheesecake/ice cream 🍰), coffee ☕ and liquorice liqueur. Kind staff guys 🧑🏻👩🏻. The parking area 🅿️ is not huge but is overall adequate. We also returned more recently, again for dinner, and were equally satisfied. Maybe the place as a whole won't be exactly 4 stars ⭐ but, considering the pleasant atmosphere, this is still the rating I feel like assigning in my review 📝. For us it's YES, so I RECOMMEND IT 👍.

Anche se arrivati tardi verso.le 14, sono stati veramente bravi e veloci. Pranzo nella media per essere una trattoria, prezzo ottimo. Sicuramente da ripetere

Su consiglio di una collega di lavoro, ho deciso di provare questo posto e ci sono stata a luglio 2024 insieme a mio marito. Devo dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva: abbiamo ordinato i bigoli e una grigliata mista, entrambi deliziosi. Il personale si è dimostrato molto cordiale, in particolare un ragazzo di nome Cesare, che non solo ha preso la nostra ordinazione, ma ci ha anche servito con grande professionalità e gentilezza. Mi ha colpito in modo speciale vedere un giovane uomo così appassionato del suo lavoro. Cesare trasmette entusiasmo e sembra aver trovato il contesto giusto per esprimersi al meglio, senza sentirsi fuori luogo nonostante sia l’unico ragazzo del team. È raro oggi incontrare ragazzi giovani che amano davvero il proprio lavoro, e lui è stato un esempio che mi ha lasciato una bellissima impressione. Mi viene da pensare che sarebbe davvero il ragazzo ideale per mia figlia: educato, gentile, e con la testa sulle spalle! Complimenti a lui e a tutto il personale per aver reso la nostra esperienza così piacevole. Spero di tornare presto!

I didn't mind. The first courses aren't that great but the grill isn't bad and the side dishes are good

Not bad, come on, you can eat for lunch in a simple way. Not much choice but considering the price you can turn a blind eye. However friendly staff and quick service.
