One of the finest restaurants for traditional Emilian cuisine, the menu varies according to seasonal ingredients and is almost entirely zero-mile (including wine, cured meats, and cheeses). I absolutely recommend trying the tortellini in brodo, the cappellacci verdi, and the exquisite fried trout. Places and restaurants like this should be preserved as part of the intangible cultural heritage of the region. Anyone who gives this location less than 4 stars deserves to eat at McDonald's for life.

30/09/2025: It's been a few years since I've been to this place, and I'm so happy to have rediscovered it. I had dinner with colleagues last week, and I have to say we were all pleasantly surprised. Silvio and his staff were fantastic. Everything was perfect. We started with a traditional appetizer: gnocco, crescentine, fried polenta, and mixed cured meats, all top-notch. This was followed by a huge mixed grill, accompanied by baked potatoes and various cooked vegetables. Lambrusco and Sangiovese wines were both excellent. Finally, dessert...the mascarpone wrapped in Fiumalbo brittle is the best! The staff were all very kind and attentive, and the dishes were generous and homemade, from appetizer to dessert. Highly recommended! Ample, private parking. I will definitely be back.

11/08/2025: Good selection of pastries and pastries, different from the usual offerings found at other cafes. They also have good savory options, but a little more choice would be nice. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The place is nice and quiet, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Convenient parking.
