Alla Grotta In Bassano del grappa

We went to this pizzeria on the recommendation of friends and it was a wonderful discovery! Neapolitan pizza is truly amazing: the soft and fragrant dough, the high and slightly crunchy crust, the abundant toppings. But the real surprise were Rosa's homemade desserts. A true delight for the palate! We tasted the apple pie and fell in love with it: a perfect ending to an already exceptional dinner! A place where you will gladly return, certain of feeling welcomed at home and eating very well!

Since we were turned away from some restaurants in the evening, we were very happy to get a table here without a reservation. A very friendly older lady served us together with a very polite and quick young waiter. Apart from us, there were only locals in the modern, clean restaurant, which is a good sign. The menu is surprisingly extensive and the prices are pleasantly moderate. We ate seafood pasta and cotoletta milanese (schnitzel). Both excellent and highly recommended. Not to forget the really great fries. The pizzas at the table opposite also looked very good. We would visit this restaurant again at any time. Thanks for the nice service! Place to feel at home. Very good and very digestible pizza, first time I eat pizza and don't spend the night drinking water. Very good service, helpful, friendly and good advice. Then the owner is number one and is always present to cook and stay on top of things. I can recommend the delicious stewed cuttlefish. I will always be sure to come back.

It has now become a habit for me on Sundays, an environment that I adore and a very friendly favourite, very helpful and always gives you a laugh. The pizza is my favorite in Bassano, the owner Rosa is an icon of Bassano. I highly recommend it for a nice evening, eating well and relaxing.

Contrary to what I expected it seemed very nice. Above all the service, nice and friendly girls... good. Clean bathrooms...
