A pleasant family evening with dinner in this wonderful restaurant, the external location is wonderful, an accurate service, made impeccable by the professionalism of the owner who, in addition to serving at the tables, explains each course you were going to taste, the chef Salvatore with his mastery he prepared truly gourmet dishes, with a mix of flavors that exploded in the mouth combined to perfection, from the bread, to the starter, to the stuffed pasta, to the second courses, to the desserts, an explosion of delicious flavors rigorously made by him, a remarkable wine list for choices and labels.
What can I say, a pleasant surprise in a beautiful town like Manduria.

We arrived at the hostaria by chance, recommended by a friend. We found a splendid and characteristic location in a courtyard of a historic building in the center of Manduria. creative cuisine, refined wine list and extremely attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff, I absolutely recommend it!

Every time we come to Manduria, we treat ourselves to dinner at the Hostaria. In many years he has always lived up to expectations. More than a restaurant, it is a temple of good food. We had dinner in this elegant restaurant, they accepted our little dog, in fact we already found the bowl with water next to our table.
