We started our dinner with a tasting based on local oil and baked goods, carefully prepared by the chef, a unique delicacy! Then fish, very fresh and worked to perfection and super tasty vegetables from their garden. It is rare to find places like this nowadays and I think that for how they work, they deserve to be included among the starred restaurants in Puglia.

High-level restaurant.. good quality of raw materials, only flaw is the overcooked spaghetti.

Very private and welcoming environment. The service was truly impeccable, we would return just for that. They were able to pamper us and give us advice (this is the right way to do catering). Quite a small menu (an indicator of quality in my opinion) and with truly unique choices. Everything impeccable, including an excellent wine list. To try and return.

We stumbled across this lovely restaurant on our trip around Puglia and had the best meal of our holiday! We dont usually go back to the same restaurants twice but we couldn’t resist another meal at this wonderful restaurant on our second night at manduria ( and another couple came back the following night too!) Our waitress was so hospitable and helpful and the food simply delicious and outstanding. The meal was full of unexpected surprises with home made nibbles before our first course started and with the BEST surprise at the very end!

Excellent restaurant with refined and very balanced dishes, for this I really want to compliment the chef. I expected something more from the desserts, maybe some a little too sweet and with a not low price. In general, however, good quality for the price. The pastry offered was truly exquisite. Scelto a caso girando su internet, un piacevolissimo ristorante. Ambiente curato e caratteristico. Personale molto gentile. Cibo cotto e presentato in maniera impeccabile. A tutti un assaggio di olio locale, due entre mentre si aspetta, dolcini finali. Ampia scelta di vini dove il primitivo di Manduria fa da padrone. Prezzi non economici, ma adeguati al locale. Decisamente consigliato!
