It remains a confirmation every time you go to a menu every season that always changes, wonderful, with attention to every detail, good and also very original food raw materials, selected wines and splendidly a cuddle that is nice to give as a gift, highly recommended

I am a regular customer. The restaurant is well looked after, the menu is always sophisticated and the preparations are in my opinion very good. Absolutely recommended. One of the best in the area

Excellent and friendly service. Great looking and tasting food. Good wine, Very atmospheric location, although the inner court was sadly closed. Only the portions could be a bit larger for the price and the espresso was mediocre.

Last evening before returning from holidays and luckily ended in the All'Hostaria restaurant to leave us with a sweet and tasty memory. We had dinner in the internal courtyard of a historic building in Manduria, a suggestive and fascinating location. The service was perfect and courteous. The lady always smiling and prepared for everything. As soon as we book, we are asked if we have any intolerances or allergies, demonstrating the care towards the customer. Varied menu with never banal, fragrant, well-balanced dishes that enhanced the flavor of the raw materials, with homemade pasta, fresh fish and products from their garden. Complimentary entree with tasting of oil and their baked products, as well as the final gift of small pastries.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, it fully deserves them. Everything perfect! Inside a beautiful and evocative historic courtyard, about twenty seats, very romantic environment. Impeccable service, whoever served us, in addition to being very courteous, was also knowledgeable about food ingredients, wine list cellars and the historicity of the place. The food is very interesting, balanced dishes, strong flavours, excellent raw materials, homemade pasta. The wine list also included Reserve wines by the glass (my choice), which is quite rare. Very good desserts and small complimentary pastries. All dishes are very well presented, even in their presentation. Adequate price. Totally positive experience, highly recommended, I hope to be able to return on another occasion.

Everything was good except seafood gnocchi, made with broth, pepper and sauce, a little seafood. I've always eaten them with cherry tomatoes and it's a completely different flavour, but the broth costs less, in any case a first course costs at least €12. The rest was good. Family run.

Refined environment, excellent quality food, but, above all, the welcome we received! The owner is wonderful, smiling, with those smiles that embrace, kind, professional, as is the waiter, professional and competent in telling what he was going to serve. Truly highly recommended, a treat for the soul as well as the palate.

A pleasant family evening with dinner in this wonderful restaurant, the external location is wonderful, an accurate service, made impeccable by the professionalism of the owner who, in addition to serving at the tables, explains each course you were going to taste, the chef Salvatore with his mastery he prepared truly gourmet dishes, with a mix of flavors that exploded in the mouth combined to perfection, from the bread, to the starter, to the stuffed pasta, to the second courses, to the desserts, an explosion of delicious flavors rigorously made by him, a remarkable wine list for choices and labels. What can I say, a pleasant surprise in a beautiful town like Manduria. Thank you very much to all the Dell Hostaria staff

02/12/2024: A nice little place, excellent food, I must say excellent, the only flaw is the clarity in the prices for starters paid, in my opinion, a little too much, considering that the price on the menu is per pound, it is clearly not possible to check whether what they give you is actually what you are paying, I recommend at least for the restaurant department, put net prices and not by weight. For starters, it is obviously different for fresh fish. Very kind polite staff We ate a small plate of seafood salad, a classic stuffed cuttlefish, a small plate of cuttlefish and squid poached in sauce, a slide of mussels au gratin, a spaghetti with seafood and a cuttlefish ink tagliatelle with tuna tartare, all very good. We dined with two glasses of Primitivo Rosé, a bottle of water and finally a lemon sorbet and a coffee, all €98. Too much considering that the starter plates cost 14 euros each, I repeat they are a little expensive, the only sore point

09/12/2024: I highly recommend this place. I went with my boyfriend after a stroll around the city. As well as being welcoming, with competent and friendly staff, the food is delicious and of excellent quality. The price is adequate (as per tradition on December 7th they also offered pittule). Congratulations to all the staff
23/11/2024: First time and absolutely positive, simple and genuine seafood menu. Excellent variety of starters, we ate a very good "rice, potatoes and mussels", excellent service.
