Были на обед, заказывали креветки гриль, пасту с ракушками и рыбу меч! Все было достаточно вкусно… Но креветки гриль были не саму лучшие!

Very nice and well-kept residence. Perfect location for touring the whole island. Excellent poolside pizzeria with friendly and polite staff. The only negative note is the presence of ants in the house, but being surrounded by greenery they can be justified.

Very nice residence in the middle of the greenery. The swimming pool is absolutely an added value, it is well looked after and clean. The apartments, however, are a bit dilapidated and the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Our apartment was infested with ants that you find everywhere even in the bed 😓. The veranda is beautiful. The location is excellent for reaching the various beaches.

We had a pleasant stay on Elba at the Alithai residence. Great location, wide range of facilities, including swimming pool, bar/restaurant and ample parking. Friendly staff, very polite and prepared. The only small flaw was the size of the room, but it could be more than fine considering that we only lived in it to sleep in. Recommended, well done!

Nice apartment, very nice porch for outdoor dining. The swimming pool is never too crowded and is very enjoyable even with small children. The tranquility of the place, surrounded by greenery, is to be appreciated

Nice and quiet residence surrounded by greenery located 15 minutes from Portoferraio with all the necessary services nearby. Two-room apartment suitable for four people, small relaxing pool. Helpful reception staff.

Quiet and well looked after place. The restaurant is run by some wonderful guys who made us enjoy delicious dishes. Pizza is their strong point 💪 the best I've ever eaten.......two Neapolitans sitting next to us. Table complimented them.

Overall the structure is very beautiful and well located... quiet place and excellent for getting around... shame about the bathroom in the apartment... shower still with the curtain... old sanitary fixtures... and the cleanliness inside the apartment it is not excellent... in 1 week the laundry room has never been cleaned... the entire external part was very well looked after... It's a shame... because as mentioned before this residence is very beautiful... there is a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant. I recommend it for families with children.
