Il locale è carino e la proprietaria è simpatica. I prodotti sono di qualità, ma 40€ per due calici di vino e un piatto di affettati sono decisamente troppi (e si può pagare solo in contanti).

01/01/2025: Wonderful place in the Tuscan hills. Professionalism, kindness, education, friendliness and heavenly cuisine! Special thanks to Giuseppe and Luca who welcomed us and made us feel at home. Thank you, we will definitely be back
28/12/2024: A stone's throw from San Gimignano, this trattoria has an attractive menu and an important (but impractical due to the prices) wine list. What I tasted was of excellent quality. Informal and friendly service, even too so, considering the bill. Curious, refined and unlikely furnishings, pleasant for those who appreciate it. The prices are exaggerated, given the location and type of venue

02/01/2025: This church was associated with two very important monasteries, first with the Cistercians (until 1628), then from 1628 to 1888 with the Carmelite nuns of S. Maddalena de' Pazzi (who are now in Careggi). It is currently home to a community of Assumptionists. While the Carmelite nuns were here, Maria Maddalena de' Pazzi was proclaimed a Saint in 1669. Among the illustrious nuns who lived there, we remember the Florentine Ven. Maria Minima Strozzi, Maria Serafica Orlandini and Francesca Teresa Falconcini together with the Lucchese Maria Maddalena Trenta of venerated memory.
05/11/2024: It is not so much the historic and precious walls that make this place a spiritual niche, but rather the uniqueness, friendliness and warmth of the Augustinian fathers of the Assumption who, with devotion and love, serve for the kingdom of God.
