A while back, I wrote a great review of this place. Just from a service and cleanliness standpoint, I'd like to point out that for some time now, it's mostly that barista with the flat cap with more and more cups underneath, right where he makes the coffee, who regularly pours the contents into the large cup to make cappuccino. I've asked him several times to make the coffee in the cappuccino when I order, but he always tries again. This morning, out of dislike for me, he made my cappuccino in a dirty cup, so much so that I paid for another cappuccino and left the first one over. I like the place and will return again, but from now on, when I pay, I'll keep my eyes fixed on the cake operator. She's the first one to make a mistake, I'll throw a tantrum in front of everyone. Actually, tell me where I can file my complaints, without clapping my hands together, which aren't necessary.

The coffee and various snacks are good, but the overflowing garbage bins hanging over the counter are really annoying, and you have to face them to drink a coffee at the counter...
