I give three stars because their pizza is spectacular but having gone on a Saturday evening at 8pm the place was full, very little pizza and only two pizza chefs in the kitchen to prepare them..

The girls are very kind and attentive, what excellent pizza and biscuits. But it's a shame that they - not just them - have stopped making the simplest pizzas. Only pizzas overloaded with things that weigh and cost more. This is why the food has few stars. How bitter!

24/04/2024: Oh mama!! good, good, good! welcoming staff, very fresh egg pasta, incredible dishes (incredible carbonara) I have definitely developed an addiction to this place. Thank you!
19/04/2024: The egg pasta is of the highest quality and there is also the possibility of eating it for lunch, traditional Roman first courses with fresh pasta of your choice and made at the moment and every day a particular first course based on the ingredients available. Creative and delicious stuffed pasta, these can also be eaten for lunch. Excellent prices for consumption on the spot (€6 for a first course with abundant seasoning) I think it's an excellent alternative to trattorias that now charge a lot and the quality is usually not excellent. both food and drinks and free water! also super eco friendly, all compostable.

02/11/2023: Sushi restaurant (with a small Chinese cuisine section) in North-West Rome. Very nice place, clean, tastefully furnished with a section of low tables as in typical Japanese culture, note of merit it has a car park available to customers so you can eat calmly. During your stay in the restaurant you are cheered by carefully chosen lounge music in the background (not Chinese music obviously). Very good cuisine with various dishes that I had never found in the others I visited previously. The dishes are cooked at the moment and the kitchen is open to view. The menu offers a good choice of hot and cold dishes, carefully presented. Kind and professional staff, the owner Mr. Alessandro is very welcoming and professional. Honest prices with good quality of food, you have the possibility to choose à la carte or even all-you can eat. Open for lunch and dinner. Possibility to pay by card. A visit and tasting is recommended.
