As soon as we stepped inside, the trattoria was a real surprise: the atmosphere is welcoming, informal, and convivial, reminiscent of Roman trattorias of old, where food is also about sharing. The shared-table option, which initially seemed absurd to us, turned out to be fun: we decided to sit with three French women and, between courses, chatted in English. This detail made the experience even more authentic and enjoyable, transforming a simple dinner into a moment of sharing and socializing.
As for the food, the overall impression was overwhelmingly positive: well-executed dishes, balanced flavors, and quality ingredients. Nothing pretentious, but everything was very good, exactly what you'd expect from a trattoria that focuses on substance over appearance.
The prices are average and perfectly in line with the quality offered, making the value more than fair.
The service was attentive, without being intrusive, and this helps make guests feel at ease from the first moment.
Finally, a special mention to the staff: super kind, helpful, and always smiling. A sincere welcome that truly makes a difference and makes you want to return.
A place I recommend to those who love good food, an authentic atmosphere, and experiences that go beyond simply "eating out." ✨🍷

The best food we had in Rome! We enjoyed it so much that we talked constantly about eating there a second time. The lasagna was fantastic and the staff were so kind. Will be returning the second I’m back in Rome.

A small, historic Roman trattoria. I tried amazing tripe. They share tables, which is lovely.

The best oxtail in the city! The family restaurant decor style is cozy, the waiters are super friendly, the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend it.

We found this restaurant on Google Maps while we were still at home. The reviews said it was one of the few places in Rome serving traditional Italian cuisine. We decided to visit for lunch. Everything was excellent – ravioli, artichokes, and tripe ala Romana. A great place if you want a good meal and don't mind strangers sitting at your table. Believe me, you can make new and surprising friends this way :) It's also worth mentioning that the restaurant has been run by the same family for years. The service is incredibly friendly.

If you're a Korean craving rice, you absolutely must try this restaurant's Punggi Risotto!
The owner is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious and not too salty!
Unlike other restaurants, they also offer complimentary water and bread.

Went two days in a row to this lovely restaurant, definitely the most memorable meals of the trip to Rome solely based on flavor. It gets busy around 8pm so get there at open or a little later, no wait if you’d like to dine outside but no heaters or blankets. Must try dishes: Cacio e Pepe, Meatballs, Ravioli and the Arrabiata if you’re craving some heat. There are no dessert options but plenty of places down the street for gelato, pastries or tiramisu.
