⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Alexander Bisteccheria in Cagliari, via Donizetti! We enjoyed a 720 g grilled horse meat, simply perfect: very tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. The side dishes - French fries and rocket with parmesan - were also excellent and well presented. To end on a sweet note, we were tempted by a truly exquisite house tiramisu and a Red Passion cheesecake that won everyone over with its fresh and enveloping taste. The place is really clean and very welcoming, ideal for those looking for a quiet evening in a refined environment. A special thanks goes to Stefano, who takes care of the cooking of the meat and the table service with great skill: a kind, polite and professional person. 5 well-deserved stars.
