The rest area is well-maintained and fairly flat. Electricity is a bit expensive (€0.50 per hour), but you can pay with coins and only for the time you want. Parking is €10 for 24 hours from arrival. The town is always busy with celebrations, with numerous festivals.

The campsite is very well located, which is really nice for enjoying the area. The sheets and towels provided were clean, which is very much appreciated. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who is very kind and accommodating and speaks several languages, including French 😊 On the other hand, the mobile home could do with a good refresh and a little more maintenance, as could some of the campsite's facilities, which give off a neglected feel. It's a shame, because with a little more care, this place could be truly wonderful. Thank you again.

The campsite is in an excellent location for visiting Tuscany. The campsite could be better maintained. A few things need to be revisited. The cottage is spacious and charming.

We hadn't looked at the reviews before coming, just looked at the photos. We stayed in a tent for 7 nights. The welcome upon arrival was very friendly, with a bonus being that they spoke good French. There are no assigned pitches with the reservation, so we were able to choose our pitch. The campsite is quite small and there's a high turnover of campers; we had the option of taking a larger pitch normally reserved for campervans. There's shade on almost all the pitches. The electrical terminals can sometimes be far away, so bring a long extension cord. There's trash (beer caps) on some pitches, but that's more the fault of the campers who don't maintain cleanliness. The toilets and washing-up area are clearly not in the best shape, but during our stay they were clean and cleaned twice a day. The trash cans, especially the glass ones, aren't emptied every day. The pool isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose well and allows the kids to have fun. The best part is the bar service, which offers ice cream and drinks at reasonable prices. We didn't try the restaurant. The campsite is well located for visiting Pisa, Florence, Livorno, and more. Overall, our experience in a tent was quite good, with excellent value for money. As for the overall condition of the campsite, it is indeed quite old, with people who seem to live year-round in dilapidated (stale) accommodation. However, the campsite is quiet, and we didn't feel uncomfortable at night or during the day. We made friends with other campers, and it was a great experience.

The truth is that when I read the reviews I hesitated, but in the end I decided to come to this campsite, at reception they were attentive, the plot for the Camper and caravans are good, the pool is very good and in August it is even more appreciated and the cleanliness in the toilets and showers are good, it is true that people should be cleaner and when you use something leave it the same or better than you found it since you do not expect to have a lady cleaning behind you, the cleaning lady is there at the time she is supposed to be and cleans, but if you leave the rubbish outside the place do not expect it to be collected too, from my experience it was very good and if I had to come back I would repeat.

Absolutely positive experience!! Three nights in a tent with two small children, we started out a bit skeptical given the much lower price compared to other campsites in the area, but we had a great time! Basic camping, but the pitches are large and well shaded, easily accessible electricity columns, bathrooms a bit dated but clean! Well-kept swimming pool and usable from 10 to 19, lifeguard, maintenance man and the bar guys very kind and helpful! Children's playground always in the reception area! The only flaw, if we really want to find one, is the market, which is actually just a small shelf in the reception area, but if you want to do some shopping about 20 minutes walk away there is a Conad. Absolutely recommended camping!

We were passing through. It was okay for one night. The restrooms were very dated! The reception was very friendly.

I will try to be as honest as possible so that I can help the next people who will stop by your place, overall very clean house, we had the pleasant company of some spiders and some hairs in the sheets but nothing extremely worrying. The streets of the place themselves are horrible to say the least, poorly maintained and I ask the courtesy of the next guests to be careful with the cars because they are very dangerous and full of holes, as regards the services of the swimming pool nothing to complain about, many sunbeds and chairs, the swimming pool itself very clean and organized, rudeness from a lady at the reception, not very polite and impolite, I recommend this place to spend it with friends, but I do not recommend it for families.

The mobile home itself is average! The surroundings are beautifully maintained and tidy! The service is poor! For breakfast, 1 croissant and a tea, the next day some egg rolls, croissants, coffee, fruit! The shower in the mobile home is barely usable, the toilet is constantly leaking, the floor is cracked, the shower wall is dented, the curtain rod is torn off and almost fell on the child's head! I would definitely not come here again!
