Nice and very hospitable place, not at the level of a restaurant but a little tidier.
At the entrance you are greeted by a woman, I think the owner of the restaurant who receives your reservation and shows you the table, it's a shame that she is the only one serving the tables and taking orders like a waiter.
You can see at first sight that the food is made with quality products and is prepared following a precise recipe, but the fact is that the carbonara was served with too much pecorino which bothered the throat after a few forks, while the bacon was overcooked and almost burnt , but the other dishes, such as gricia and amatriciana, were very good.
Consigliatissimo!!
