I love this pizza! I came from Brescia specifically for this: there's no other pizza in the city or surrounding area that's as light, easy to digest, and so good in terms of ingredients, cooking, texture, and shape! I worked in a pizzeria for 10 years, and I love different types of pizza, but this one, for me, is the best, the best!

I went to Ale's to enjoy the best and lightest pizza ever: unleavened dough, thin and flaky, and top-quality ingredients. The pizza is very large and is served on a slate plate to keep it warm until the end. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant. Well done!!!
