The granitas and desserts are delicious, the hot food a little less so except for the unique onion that I have never tasted so good, in fact every time I go I always have to wait so much they sell out, the unique brioche col tuppo is also very good and served hot, the staff is very kind, professional and friendly, the atmosphere is fairly quiet, but overall Alecci deserves good work, I recommend it, and a short wait.

Everything was very good and the girl who served us was very very nice. It was just a shame that my husband wanted the onion and it was finished but she was very kind and recommended something else to him which my husband really liked.

They don't offer basic breakfast items in such a well-known bar.
Little food selection.
Very good granita.
The wait was too long; for four people, we waited 35 minutes.
Terrible service.
Very poorly organized, undoubtedly due to the fact that the owner wasn't there.

I tried the granita at Alecci again after a long time, as it's considered one of the best. Honestly, I don't like it very much; the flavors I tried (toasted almond, mulberry, and pistachio) didn't convince me. Paradoxically, the pistachio was the one I was least convinced by. The service is quite good, but they should pay more attention to a few things.

il Bar Alecci riveste il carattere della grande qualita' siciliana,cortesia ,qualita,e finezza.a mio avviso le loro granite granitesono fra le migliori di Catania ,ambiente accogliente e personale gentilissimo,una in particolare,una ragazza minuta con gli occhiali e' da premio nobel per gentilezza e disponibilita',Insomma e' una tappa obbligatoria per chi ama il gusto e le qualita' siciliana

They always prepare delicious food! And they serve in a different way! I ordered pasta one time and they brought with cheese and different kind of hand machine for the cheese😍 another time I ordered a coffee and asked if there is honey and they brought a lot of type of honey! I love this place! I LOVED IT🤍🤍 THANK YOU SO MUCH😊
