I come to this bar often. The ricotta ravioli is excellent, distinguished by its thin pastry and generous filling, accompanied by a steaming, creamy coffee. The arancini with ragù have a rich meat filling and the quality is truly extraordinary. The granitas in the summer are exceptional. Excellent service.

Breakfast here is a true pleasure: the granita is exquisite, creamy, and authentically flavored, one of the best I've ever had. The brioche is delicious, soft, fragrant, and perfect with granita. All the other breakfast items are also excellent: fresh, fragrant, and generously filled croissants, with a selection to suit every taste. The ricotta cannoli are a must-try: simply fantastic: fresh, creamy, and delicately flavored ricotta, encased in a perfectly crispy wafer. The cream-filled panzerotti are also irresistible, soft and delicious—a true treat. Another great strength is the staff, always kind, smiling, and helpful, making you feel at ease from the first moment. Fast yet attentive service, customer service, and a wealth of courtesy. A bar that pays attention to every detail and where you can feel the passion for their work. Highly recommended for a quality breakfast or to indulge in a moment of pure pleasure. I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delicious pistachio granita, these days on holiday in Catania I'm going around the most famous bars in CT and I have to say that the pistachio flavour is the best 😋 full-bodied, intense that I've ever tasted. CONGRATULATIONS 👍🏻

One of the best granitas in Catania. Service isn't the fastest, but it's worth the money. Excellent hot food. Delicious breakfast. Prices are moderately high. And every morning you'll find Mr. Alecci making you coffee.

Bar with a terrace and plenty of seating. Wide variety of pastries, brioches, and cannoli. Super granitas!! Lots of flavors, beautifully presented, and decorated with wild strawberries. Relaxing service and friendly staff. A must when you're in the area!

Among the best granitas and brioches in Catania (pistachio and wild strawberry, unparalleled): an absolute guarantee for years. The location has been renovated and is now much more welcoming than it was a few years ago. The food is consistently high-quality and the staff is extremely friendly. Special praise goes to the cashier who, despite it being already closing time, patiently answered all our questions, showing us the products available, including those for celiacs and lactose intolerants. Even though we stayed more than half an hour after closing, no one rushed us or asked us to leave. Nothing to say: a true must-try in Catania!

26/12/2025: We booked a company dinner for about 30 people. The location was beautiful and elegant, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had appetizers, pizza, and drinks, all served promptly. The pizza was excellent, perfectly cooked, and generous with toppings. It was very busy, so I recommend booking in advance.
16/12/2025: Positive pizza experience at Botanike. It was crowded, being Sunday, but the service was excellent and the staff were attentive and friendly. The pizza was delicious, and there's a wide selection of toppings and flavors to choose from. I can't give it a fifth star due to the inexplicable lack of disabled parking and restrooms in a restaurant of this caliber, even though the restaurant states on its website that it is accessible. The service I was told was narrow and even had a step, which I managed to overcome with the help of a kind waiter.
