Very kind and professional staff
Cappuccino from the legendary master Mr. Alecci to be nominated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The inimitable granita, I recommend it as a Historic Bar to visit and above all to taste.

For the first time in Sicily, for the first time in Catania, but at Bar Alecci I met people I thought I'd known all my life.
Very kind, very communicative and friendly, they ask you questions to find out exactly what you like and what they could pamper you with.
I found excellent coffee, traditional hot dishes, granitas made according to the original recipe of over 40 years, quality local wines and drinks/cocktails prepared by a passionate and dedicated bartender.
As you can see in the photos, I had a wonderful experience and really felt like living Catania style.

Nice place, there is an internal and an external room, I ate a brioche with friends and
an excellent watermelon and lemon flavored granita, one of the best I've ever tried!

Historic place in Gravina di Catania which has been able to preserve the quality it has always had in its products linked to the Catanese tradition, both for the savory dishes with the delicious hot food, and for the desserts, with excellent ice creams and granitas.

Con temperature elevate non te la mangi una bella granita? Siamo venuti qui con un gruppo di amici e abbiamo ordinato delle granite con brioche.
Gusto: cioccolato e pistacchio/ mandorla e pistacchio.
Rispetto ad altri posti la consistenza della granita è davvero buona, sono rimasta molto sorpresa dal gusto della granita alla mandorla, davvero buona, anche il pistacchio buono anche se a parer mio è troppo sopravvalutato.
Le brioche fortunatamente non sapevano di uova!
