Aldemorisco Arte Dolciaria In Lecce

Like every year, to best celebrate family birthdays and anniversaries we turn to Aldemorisco. The trifle ordered was nothing short of exceptional. That meringue is unparalleled, as well as making the dessert very elegant. I highly recommend trying all their desserts and in particular the fruit cake, the almond blancmange, and the pasticciotto, made to perfection as per the Lecce tradition

I have known the pastry shop since it was a small laboratory in another location and I have never objected to the authenticity/quality of the products. A few days ago an unpleasant thing happened to me: when purchasing a cake, the price paid resulting from the weight of the product was rounded up. There were several other people waiting and the context did not allow for this to be obvious. I am "certain" that it was an oversight but it is necessary to be more careful about these formal aspects, because the relationship of trust with the customer could be undermined. Good work!
