24/12/2023: The Maharaja sushi restaurant far exceeded our expectations. Specializing in Japanese dishes, especially sushi, made this an extraordinary dining experience. The very fresh fish used was a real explosion of flavor in every bite, highlighting the culinary mastery of the place. The variety of sushi on offer is wide, but the "Dragonball" sushi was a real highlight. Each portion, designed to be enjoyed in a single bite, presented a perfect balance of flavors and impeccable presentation. We decided to also try tartare and sashimi, fearing the freshness, but we were pleasantly surprised. The spatial flavor and quality of the raw dishes confirmed the restaurant's attention to the freshness of the ingredients. The location of the restaurant, a few steps from the viewing area of ​​Termini Imerese, adds a touch of charm to the culinary experience. The view and atmosphere help make the meal even more memorable.
