Impeccable service from Simone, who expertly explains the menu and suggests the best choices to satisfy the most discerning palates.

A welcoming, well-kept venue, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The menu ranges from meat and fish dishes, to gourmet pizzas and burgers, with plenty of Asian influences. Along with the dishes on offer are carefully selected cocktails (we tried them with both appetizers and main courses). I'd say the bartender nailed it! All four cocktails were out of this world! The prices are perhaps above average, but they're actually in line with the venue, the quality of the food, and the service provided. What can I say? Everything was very good. It's a shame not all the dishes listed were available due to the upcoming menu change...

We went to Alchimista Bistrot e Mescole to try some non-alcoholic cocktails. The mixologist amazed us with three ideas (each one better than the last), playing with creative interpretations of Algida ice cream, Piña Colada, and more. Highly recommended.

L'alchimista conosce il suo mestiere e mescola con maestria i suoi ingredienti (il cibo, l'ambiente, la musica ed il servizio). L'ambiente è soft, leggero e disimpegnato. Davvero bravi, tutti. Imperdibili: tra i primi il Tortello di carbonara, con gambero rosso, olio al timo, pepe lungo del Bengala fatte in casa scampi e gli gnocchi di zucca con cacio e pepe, sake e tartufo, Tra i dolci il Gelato all’olio d’oliva con spugna di pistacchio, salsa al cioccolato bianco, zenzero candito (che è una vera e propria esperienza di culinaria esoterica) e il Sigaro di cioccolato cioccolato di Valrhona (questione che merita lussurioso approfondimento), ripieno di ricotta e nduja e cenere di arachidi. Notevole l'offerta di champagne con tante etichette disponibili. Conto proporzionato. Da ripetere, senza esitazione.
