Alchimie is a really interesting place. For the refined and tasty cuisine, for the welcoming environment, for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, for the vast choice of wines and finally for a cocktail not to be missed, the Falanghina Stregata, created by Miriam Garofano. Absolutely not to be missed!

Alchimie is truly the best! Cozy place, very kind staff and excellent dishes. Perfect place for any occasion: from a delicious breakfast, to an aperitif with friends or a delicious dinner! Highly recommended 🙂

Very nice place, we spend several evenings eating the chef's specialties, every dish is recommended, my favorite was the sandwich made with the carbonara base, I loved it.

Passing through Guardia Sanframondi (never been before) and we stop for dinner at "Alchimie"; Well what can we say or rather what we said to each other after dinner: We will return to Guardia on purpose to have dinner in this delightful place.
A modern, welcoming restaurant, excellent selection of wines, if you opt for the local ones even better and then prepare yourself to live a unique culinary experience where the flavors marry with the "smells" and the eyes have already appreciated and digested. Excellent presentation of the dishes accompanied by wines that the professional and very kind staff suggests.
Thank you for giving us an unforgettable experience.
We will return as soon as possible.
