Era un viaggio di gruppo pertanto non posso dare una valutazione al menu alla carte. Quanto ci hanno portato a pranzo ed a cena era dignitoso.... Erano menu concordati con ns agenzia dunque non si può recriminare- Porzioni un poco striminzite..... Il locale ampio ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione perché è veramente datato...... i bagni (grandi) sono al limite del decente..... Il loro punto di forza è la gentilezza sulla quale non si discute.... Accoglienza gentile e molta cura dei clienti....

Sono stat a cena in questo ristorante che offre piatti di ogni tipo con molte opzioni anche vegane. È sia ristorante che pizzeria, io ho privato una pizza vegana con impasto di baobab e l’ho trovata molto buona e abbondante. Il mio voto potrebbe essere stato molto più alto, purtroppo il locale è un po’ lasciato andare a se stesso e non pulitissimo.

I was looking for a place to have dinner not too far from the center and the hotel where I was staying and I found this restaurant. The place is very large and they have a very assorted menu. We ordered a large grilled meat dish which was served with vegetables and potatoes and given the abundance we had dinner for two. Very friendly and fast staff. As soon as we are in the area we will return to visit you

Very good pizza, illegitimate possibility of bar restaurant pizzeria pub because it is open from side to side in the same building. The owner Franco is a good man from Romagna who has also helped many people.

La Rotonda Cucina sul Mare

06/08/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance, it was dinner time and we asked for a table for two. The waiter's first reaction was: there is no room. Then he corrected himself and asked if we had made a reservation, which we hadn't because we had just arrived. The room was almost empty, but the waiter took a few minutes to give us the table right next to us. The scene was repeated a few minutes later with two customers who were refused a table due to a series of alleged reservations. Please note: at the end of the evening, with the restaurant closed, the free tables remained free. Who benefited from it? This story of reservations, wherever you go, is still "the Covid effect". An excuse to work less, create difficulties and feel important. Closing the service, we ate an excellent risotto with prawns and then landed on a plate of mixed fried food (I'll go and see, the kitchen has just closed) of pharaonic dimensions (and cost). One portion would have been enough for three people (but no one told us that)! The final bill was in line with the restaurant's claims: expensive without merit.

05/08/2024: It is with regret that I give this vote. We were impressed by the ratings seen on social media. Nothing to complain about location and service, truly noteworthy. Unfortunately, although the dishes are refined and gourmet, I believe that the quality of the raw material (fresh fish) was not at all up to par with the quality/price ratio. It may seem strange, but in restaurants of the same type in my area of ​​Modena, you can appreciate decidedly better quality of raw materials, especially on raw meats (oysters) and on the products of the poorer cuisine (mussels, clams and rock prawns), and from a restaurant whose economics are decidedly above average, I believe that the quality/price ratio is something that cannot be compromised on.
