Friendly staff, high quality food with generous portions and at competitive prices! It's a shame it's outside the area, but at least parking is easier for those who work outside. It is recommended to book in advance.

Let's start from the entrance: the welcome is commendable! the staff is very kind, always smiling and helpful, with ready jokes and a smile that puts you at ease. The environment is a perfect mix of rustic and modern, and there is a meat fridge from which to choose your cut. As a Roman and a lover of good food, I find it increasingly difficult to find places that offer REAL Roman cuisine (you can find as much Roman cuisine as you want, being in Rome. All great entrepreneurs who are marketing champions, but worthy Roman cuisine is very rare today and those who like to eat know it well). Albino is an incredible discovery! I tried gricia, spaghetti cacio e pepe, and today finally the rigatoni with pajata! Albino has just entered the podium of my favorite places. The pajata is perfect: the pecorino romano can be felt and has an excellent flavour. The Pajata itself is also of high quality: very tender, not stringy or hard, cooked to perfection. Furthermore, I also tried the Chianina burgers, which usually leave me a little skeptical in restaurants due to the small portions. Instead, here the concept of the maxi hamburger is truly respected: plentiful, tasty, tender when rare and accompanied by noteworthy sautéed chicory. Prices are normal and perhaps even more so, in the sense that in recent years the prices around have risen a lot, and the further problem is that in general they have lowered portions and quality. Not in this place! the prices are within the norm (current norm), the quality is noticeable and the portions are generous! I'm so happy to have found such a place. Up until now I've been there for my lunch break, but I'll definitely start going there in the evening with friends and away from working hours😃 A spectacular place that I highly recommend!

I often go with my family, you can eat both pizza and Roman cuisine. The meat you can choose from cooked on the grill is excellent.

Ottima carne, buona scelta, cotta bene. Simpatici e disponibili . Sicuramente un posto dove tornare. Solo una nota: il bufalo va prenotato almeno 1 giorno prima altrimenti non è disponibile.

Locale che fa un po’ di tutto ma io ho mangiato la carne. Apprezzo sempre molto quando c’è il banco per scegliere direttamente il pezzo di carne e la quantità e ho trovato diversi tagli interessanti. La cottura poi è stata perfetta. Prezzi corretti, in linea ormai con i prezzi che si trovano in giro anche in ristoranti simili. Lo consiglio per una bella bistecca alla brace.
