The Trieste is a historic hotel in Lorenzago di Cadore. We stayed here for two nights as a group of three during the winter. Overall, we found the experience extremely satisfying: the prices were reasonable, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. We received a warm welcome from the receptionist: we felt right at home. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
A spotlessly clean hotel with old-world charm. We arrived at 6:30 PM with a newborn baby and were able to use the microwave in the breakfast room to prepare baby food. The receptionist also booked us a table at the restaurant next door (pumpkin gnocchi with melted butter and imperial ricotta). The next morning, breakfast featured packaged items but a truly wide selection. In short, we'll definitely be back.
The room was quite old, but the receptionist was very attentive and the breakfast was excellent; I'd definitely stay again. There's a restaurant next door with delicious pasta and pizza.
