Excellent location and service. We only ate at the restaurant, so my review is based solely on that. Unfortunately, the lobster ravioli were inedible, the caponata was cold, and so was the wild boar fillet. The pan with polenta, fondue, and porcini mushrooms was really good, but the rest of the portions were a bit small in my opinion. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We stopped for an aperitivo, a truly beautiful place, with a breathtaking view. Very friendly staff, aperitivo with a platter and two proseccos. Everything was excellent. Definitely worth a visit in the summer; they have a stunning terrace; on a clear day, the view is endless.

Top restaurant, quality products, friendly service

I went today with some friends. A very tasty snack with a breathtaking view. The bartender, Yuri, was very professional and kind during his service. We will gladly return.

We didn't live here, we were on a trip and this was the only one open. It was getting dark and we were freezing and needed to go to the toilet. We ordered hot chocolate, some with whipped (sprayed) cream and some cold tea (strange given the situation, I know). The chocolate was exactly what you would expect, like a good ciobar, no more, no less. The cream for us Swedes, including my wife who is Italian, was unfortunately "pollice verso" or in today's standard language 👎. But really not anything other than expected. Sweetened cream from a spray can. Other than that perfect, slowly lightly whipped Irish coffee cream, maybe for me with a small pinch of sugar, but not that much at all. I think it cost a little over €30. Not cheap, so we didn't eat anything, but it's the same or slightly lower than in a Swedish café? The toilet was clean and I think everything worked. The view was amazing, looking across the Po Plain to the Emilian mountains. The place felt like it was at least a hundred years old and didn't look like it had been renovated, even though it was well maintained. It fit in well with the rest of the small mountaintop community, like something out of a movie or novel.

Drinking in the view from Albergo Sacro Monte's terrace is spectacular. Amazing restaurant service and beautiful presentation. Love the resident Labradoor. Definitely the best location on the mountain... now we want yo come back and stay!

Breathtaking view, very spacious suite with a delightful 17th-century fresco. Nothing to complain about the service. Excellent dinner.
