It's not for food tourism, but not for starving people, as some have mentioned. It's a place where working people go, eat civilly, pay what they've eaten, and go back to work or continue their journey.

05/10/2025: Mountain refuge, easy to get to and the owner is really kind and helpful, what can I say about the food..... really excellent
03/09/2025: From Presa Alta, everyone can get there by road, and now there's also a shuttle service that takes you to Ligonchio for €10 per trip. There's a menu of the day (I recommend reserving a table), and there are bedrooms. Trekking is accessible to everyone. There's no phone service along the entire route, only calls near the refuge.

14/12/2025: We celebrated our son's 18th birthday here and were very pleased. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was top-notch. We felt exceptionally pampered by the manager. I highly recommend it.
24/11/2025: It was obvious that someone had not come on shift. Lack of coordination, confusion and a real gem: for "tris tortelli" we only got one type of pasta - they ran out of erbetta and pomodoro. They apologized and treated us a little, but this is a bad experience
