Albergo Ristorante Pizzeria da Arrigo In Idro

My wife and I found this place almost by chance during a trip to Lake Idro. Both the welcome and the food were a pleasant surprise. Excellent appetizer: platter of cured meats, including local ones, which was appreciated and enjoyed. Polenta with Storo flour with gorgonzola (a combination chosen by my wife, but bagoss, a local cheese, had been recommended to us as cheese) and a plate of penne all'arrabbiata which took me back to when I was a university student in Rome. Excellent value for money. Well, what can I say, we will definitely return and not only for the beauty of the lake and its surroundings, but also to enjoy the food in this place again.

Excellent food. The prices are a little excessive, I confirm on the price. The bathroom waste paper basket should be emptied every now and then. I confirm the food is good, the price of the trout fillet and the cake is excessive

Convenient 90's restaurant on the street. Unfortunately it does not have parking and you must use the spaces on the other side of the road. In our case, the service was not up to par. We occupied 3 tables: the first two received their order after half an hour, while the last table took from 1 hour to 1 hour and three quarters. The most bizarre thing was that a pizza was taken away from under our noses after it had already been cut in two and was delivered to another table. The reason was an incorrect order.
