By far our favorite meal in Umbria. Friendly service, outstanding food, and beautiful wine. We were lucky enough to sit on the balcony and had the most spectacular view. Panicale is also such a perfectly quaint town to explore. Highly recommend!!

Dopo 16 anni che passiamo le vacanze in Umbria questo ristorante e' una tappa obbligata. Professionalità e squisitezza dei cibi lo contraddistinguono. A nostro giudizio il miglior ristorante in Umbria unita alla location da favola di Panicale. Paolo e Valentina.

I primi e i dolci sono di alto livello , preparati da una signora che a fine turno fa il giro dei tavoli per salutare e ringraziare. Il ristorante è di livello medio alto e ciò è supportato da prezzi medio alti. Ho dato 3 punti su 5 perché il livello della carne è da discount ma il prezzo rimane medio alto. Una tagliata dura è completamente insapore. Carne assolutamente da migliorare o da togliere dal menu…

Delicoius launch going by car from Rome to Florence. Great view from the terrace, exceptional food and very good service. I recommend it. I saw later they billed me one glass of wine to much by mistake, but I give the 5 stars anyway because they deserve it.

Tuber Experience

21/08/2024: Small, well-kept and welcoming location, with attentive and friendly service. The innkeeper welcomed us and made us feel immediately at ease. Refined dishes, with quality ingredients, and presented very very well both in terms of plating and explanation of the dish. The restaurant has a well-defined and coherent concept, entirely focused on the experience of the truffle which is present on practically every dish, even on dessert. Pet friendly place, we will definitely return.
21/08/2024: Gourmet restaurant, we stopped for lunch. It is located near the sources of the Clitunno. We had a unique truffle-based culinary experience. The owner is very nice.

10/08/2024: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice noir place with a touch of rusticity typical of the area. Excellent quality dishes always cooked with typical local products.
04/08/2024: Fantastic restaurant. Bianca was our server. She was patient and super helpful, especially with our 1.5 year old. The food was excellent and the Negronis refreshing. We finished our meal with their homemade vanilla and pistachio gelato — and that’s the stuff dreams are made of. Highly recommend!
