We came to the restaurant. An elegant place in the center of Panicale. The dining room is in an old building, made of exposed brick, with another, even older dining room downstairs. Excellent wine selection and spectacular food. We had prosciutto crudo al taglio, pappa al pomodoro with burrata, artichokes with soufflé, and a braised beef in Sangiovese. Everything was delicious. The waiters were kind and helpful. The price reflects the place's pedigree and the quality of the dishes. Recommended!

A very characteristic restaurant with a daily menu featuring seasonal ingredients (the white truffle and tiramisu with biscotti and vinsanto are truly remarkable). The staff are extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Truly a place worth a visit.

It was a coincidence that we were able to eat at this restaurant. Without warning, no fuss. They made us wait 10 minutes while they prepared the dining room in front, which was practically a splendid cave. The staff was friendly, professional, and well-trained, not to mention the location and the simply exquisite food. We had an appetizer of free-range raw ham with crescia, handmade cappelletti in broth, and two glasses of wine. It deserves more than 5⭐ We'll definitely be back.

As soon as you enter, you notice the attention to detail in the interior. Everything is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. The service is attentive and the staff are extremely friendly: courteous and friendly. The food is delicious, and everything makes you want to eat. I had the bruschetta with cavolo nero, the braised beef in wine (exceptional!!!), and a superb panna cotta with caramelized fires. EVERYTHING IS DELICIOUS!!!!!! Excellent selection of wines and a tasting of high-quality olive oil. It deserves 6 stars. You can't go to Panicale and not try this restaurant!

Outstanding Restaurant in Panicale. The food was amazing and the service was superb. We loved our waiter who was very informative and friendly. This restaurant has authentic Umbrian dishes and an extensive wine list. We absolutely loved this place that we went here twice during our stY in Panicale. Highly recommend! It is best to make reservation as they get busy.

We ate at Masolino. The place is truly beautiful. The service was precise and impeccable. The food was exceptional. Luca is an excellent host and welcomed us and treated us as if we'd known each other forever. We toured the entire restaurant, discovering the 1320 part with his stories. Excellent value for money. It's definitely one of my favorite places. Congratulations!

30/12/2025: Very well-kept and beautiful atmosphere. Spectacular view. Very friendly, professional, and never intrusive staff. Very good and beautifully presented food, both meat and seafood. I hadn't heard of this place before, but it will quickly become one of my favorites in the area.

14/03/2026: A top-quality restaurant, in a setting that has successfully revitalized a splendid area hit by the 2016 earthquake. Excellent menu options, including the signature black truffle! Excellent quality meats, perfectly cooked. Good dessert options. Extensive wine list.
09/03/2026: My partner and I went to "Granaro del Monte" in Norcia to enjoy a Wonderbox—a gift voucher that included a tasting of local cured meats, which were simply exquisite. However, we wanted to complement this tasting with two courses and a side dish: a first course, a second course, and a portion of baked potatoes. For my first course, I chose tagliolini with black truffle, which were wonderful; my partner had a delicious meat-based second course. We thought the price of the tagliolini with truffle was a bit too expensive: €28.00 was more than the value of the tasting for two people (€24.90 for two glasses of wine and a platter of 4-5 types of local cured meats plus plain bread), and it was undoubtedly the most expensive first course I've ever eaten in my life! It was a unique experience, but I wouldn't order a black truffle first course in the future!
