Albergo Ristorante Le Ortensie In Gemonio

This is a lovely casual restaurant run by a mother and daughter (the daughter is the chef). On a steep hill - you pass through a neighborhood to get there (it is a part of a hotel). Once you find it, it is a very pleasant surprise. Every dish was fantastic - fresh pasta, very nice meat and the dessert might be the best I've ever had in many years. The service was attentive and warm. I would go there again in a heartbeat.
