This hotel certainly deserved four stars years ago, but today it's somewhat neglected. Details reveal the lack of maintenance: a missing skirting board, excessive vegetation in the otherwise beautiful grounds, chairs and tables piled up outside, parts in need of repainting. It's a shame, because the building has a great charm. Otherwise, we still had a great time; the bathroom was large, the air conditioning was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. The fact that the building is used for weddings with large numbers of guests confirms just how well the kitchen staff work together, and how the celebrations were a complete success.

One night while passing through. The hotel is idyllically located in a small town just before the Swiss border. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. There's air conditioning, and the bed was comfortable.
The pool and the sunroof on the adjacent building offer a lovely place to relax.
The breakfast (for an additional charge of €10) is very good, and the hotel has a lovely garden. I would stay here again if I were passing through.

Booked this hotel on our way to Italy. We received a very friendly welcome. When I told them I'd been scammed the day before and had to block my credit card, we were immediately upgraded, "This way, the rest of your holiday can get off to a better start." How nice! A very spacious and beautiful room with a private jacuzzi.
First, we thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing rooftop pool, then the jacuzzi, and in the evening, dinner. The service was excellent! Very friendly and fast.
If we hadn't been in transit, we would have stayed an extra night.

A truly fantastic location with very friendly staff in a quiet village with easy access to Milan (best by train). We had the 5-person room with a jacuzzi and also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a pool. The only thing we missed was a small refrigerator in the room! Also, the restaurant across the street from the hotel is definitely worth a visit! :)

Very good, inexpensive food. We had ribeye steak and veal fillet.
Service was very poor. The appetizer was already served, but we couldn't order wine yet. Towards the end of the appetizer, the white wine was served.
The same thing happened for the main course: the food first, then the red wine.
A real shame.

Incredibly child-friendly, both in terms of food and approach, excellent! The room's cleaning could be improved.
The appearance is sometimes a bit chaotic. A plus: We received a last-minute welcome, and the service and friendliness (including English) of the team were excellent. We had a delicious meal and a great breakfast. Thank you.

A beautiful, charming hotel – we happened upon it while passing through, and we would have loved to stay longer. The house is decorated with great care and run by very friendly people. We had excellent food and breakfast and loved exploring the wonderful, artistic details of the house. Love this hotel and the staff, also the atmosphere is so special. Diner in the gardenia really nice but also a cross the street is a very nice place to eat or drink something, definitely would come back to this cute places that are very vibrant in the evening.
