I spent a few days at the hotel in Cerignale. The location is easy to find, but the hotel is practically invisible because there's no sign. The room was good, but too small and lacked both a hairdryer and an electrical outlet. The shower was also tiny, and a piece of the toilet flush was falling off. The food was good, especially the panna cotta, but the rest was nothing special. The service was decent, and the staff was friendly, but nothing exceptional. The main problem is the price: definitely too expensive for what you get.

I returned to Cerignale after 4 years, I returned to the restaurant del Pino, Mrs. Teresa, the old cook, is no longer there, but they are replacing her in a big way, I ate tagliolini with mushrooms, and beans, everything good, also the price is normal. I must add that from Piacenza to Cerignale there are too many interruptions, with traffic lights with very long delays this lengthens the travel times, I did not expect the state road 45 to be like that

19/09/2025: Excellent osteria, attentive, welcoming, and dedicated service; the food was excellent, plentiful, and well-prepared, as were the desserts. A historic place, as is clearly evident from its decor and atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

07/10/2025: A truly enchanting hilltop restaurant...a meticulously maintained venue that transports you to another dimension when you sit down to enjoy a meal, thanks not only to the breathtaking view, but also to the delicious food served and the excellent service and courtesy of everyone who works there...my heartfelt compliments!
02/09/2025: I'd already read reviews about this problem and ran into it. Everything was good, the location was gorgeous, but... Table booked at 8:30 PM, ordered at 8:50 PM, appetizer at 9:45 PM, main course at 10:35 PM. We left at 11:30 PM. They need to improve on this.
