Albergo Ristorante "da Otto" In Paluzza

It's been years since I've been to Timau, and today I decided to go back, and of course go and eat at Otto, well what can I say, always top notch, let's hope it doesn't take too long to see us again.

I stayed for a week and I have to say it was a great experience. Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, and good food with a wide variety. The staff and owners were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

We went to Da Otto in Timau for a 50th wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, quick, and very attentive. The menu is traditional yet modern, with a truly delicious mix of appetizers, the pasticcio with formadi frant, mushrooms, and potatoes, and the delicious guanciale stew with polenta. The homemade desserts were also delicious, including the anniversary cake baked by the chef. Worth a visit!

Spotlessly clean, well-designed rooms with plenty of space and tidiness. The food was good, and the owners and staff were helpful and friendly. A pleasant stay.

Delicious lunch at Da Otto We always enjoy coming back when we're on vacation in the Gailtal Valley. The food is fantastic, a dream, and the service is very friendly. It's a bit loud in the dining room, but that's just how it is in Italy. The guests are mostly Italian, which is a testament to the excellent local cuisine. We come back every year...

Excellent dishes, beautifully presented in a timely manner by impeccable service. The Cjalsons and frico are top-notch. The prices are truly reasonable, with a high quality and quantity ratio. We'll be back!
