Stop for lunch during an excursion. Everyone very kind. The pappardelle are excellent and the polenta with donkey is simply fabulous. It's definitely worth it!

Simple, familiar place, very clean. We only tried the first ones because we were returning from the Christmas holidays. Really very good. The kindness of the staff did the rest

Simple and welcoming hotel. Located in La Santona (municipality of Lama Mocogno), in the Modena Apennines. A country that has remained firm over time and this is precisely where its charm lies. Pure air, fantastic landscape. Mount Cimone in the background. Various walks immersed in nature start near the hotel. Here you find peace, silence, good natural food.

Hotel ristorante più che decoroso con buona cucina locale all'insegna della sostanza e della semplicità. Ho pernottato e goduto della cucina con soddisfazione. Quello che però rimane più impresso è la grande disponibilità e accoglienza del personale e della proprietaria che ti fanno sentire a casa con un ospitalità di altri tempi.bravi

On Via Vandelli therefore excellent for travelers (as in my case) but I think it is also frequented by motorcyclists. Old fashioned Alberto with excellent cuisine.

We made a stop along via Vandelli by bike. Basic and very welcoming hotel. Closed garage with electrical sockets available for our e-bikes. Exquisite dinner and more than decent rooms for muddy and tired travelers from the paths. Abundant breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. 1/2 board for €60...You can't expect more. We had a great time. Thanks again.

Hotel/restaurant that seems to have stopped 30/40 years ago....fascinating....the rooms are small but dignified even if the bathroom is located in the room and therefore has no window, making the room even smaller. Some details should be modernized. The cuisine, however, is top and the waitress really helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is along a street a little far from everything and the proximity to the bar/grocery makes the place a meeting point for the few locals and travelers (as in my case) workers/motorcyclists passing through.

We ate here with my CAI group after a nighttime snowshoe hike. The crescentine with cold cuts are good, but the polenta with wild boar, roe deer and donkey stews is even better. Spectacular! I will definitely return!!!

Si tratta di un Hotel con ristorante (oppure di un Ristorante con hotel) e si trova tra Lama Mocogno e Pievepelago sulla via "dell'Abetone e del Brennero". Offre piatti della tradizione locale/emiliana (tortelloni, tagliatelle, tortellini, cacciagione, stinco, gnocco fritto, etc.). La loro qualità è ottima (soprattutto i dolci), più o meno come si possono gustare la domenica in casa o dalla nonna. L'unico piccolo neo è il prezzo che ritengo un po' elevato rispetto alla media di locali simili. Ma questo è un aspetto secondario. Rimane comunque, per la semplice qualità delle proposte, un locale raccomandabile.
