A well-kept hotel, with kind and helpful staff. We had a pleasant stay.
Simple and authentic cuisine. They offered us crescentine, a typical local dish with melted lard seasoned with rosemary.
We felt pampered.

I went for lunch after a morning in the snow; the restaurant is strategically located on the way down from the Mocogno plain. The cuisine is traditional, the dishes—without too many frills—brought the right flavors to the table: the wild boar was excellent, the ragù was not bad, and the tor... cappelletti (I can't help but be honest, I'm from Reggio Emilia).
Perhaps the portions could have been more generous, but it was Sunday and the restaurant was packed.
The young staff, not impeccable but attentive and friendly. And the lady was very sweet.

For travelers on the Via Vandelli, the Conca D'Oro Hotel and Restaurant is a unique experience, offering a warm welcome from days gone by. The rooms are basic yet comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and a spacious shower for a nice hot bath after a long, up-and-down hike with fantastic views. A wonderful, rich and authentic dinner. Excellent local craft beer! The breakfast was superb, tailor-made for us. It was truly an experience we will always remember. Thank you for everything!

Passing through Via Vandelli, we found a dated but welcoming hotel, where we were treated very well. Next door, there's also a bar/grocery store and a fountain, useful for travelers to stock up on supplies.
Excellent, authentic dinner!

The hosts were extremely helpful. Roberta helped us so much in the logistics. As we hiked end October, end of the season, most of the accommodations were closed. She called her contacts and found us accommodations for the next two days. We arrived totally drenched and she immediately offered to have our boots dried. Strongly recommended. Excellent breakfast

We stopped for lunch during a motorcycle weekend.
What can I say? Even though it was Sunday, and the restaurant was very crowded, with some "large" tables, they not only found us a table, but were also very courteous, attentive, and quick with their service.
The balsamic vinegar tortelloni (homemade, they rightly emphasized) were truly delicious.
And the desserts, too: my meringue dipped in blueberries was even more delicious.
The prices were fair. A highly recommended restaurant, then. Well done ;-)

Family-run. The staff is welcoming and warm. Artisanal cuisine, using quality ingredients. I recommend it for a short break for nature lovers and those who love relaxation.
