Getting to Ca' Cerfogli is quite a journey but it's worth it. Ivan always welcomes us warmly and does everything to please us. We have been frequenting the place for a long time but it is always pleasant to taste the dishes, mostly based on mushrooms, that are served. The tagliolini with truffles are delicious, not least the tortelloni with mushrooms... spectacular. The desserts were good, we really liked the trifle. An experience that we recommend to those who love mountain cuisine. Reservations are essential, especially during the fresh mushroom periods of October and November above all.

Ca’ Cerfogli has the reputation of being one of those places where you need to book months in advance… and instead, by calling on Friday, we found a place for Saturday evening.
Getting there is a bit of a tortuous journey, but the destination is worth it: the place is large, spread over three floors and reflects the style of the Apennines, with that touch of class and taste that makes it welcoming and refined without being pretentious.
The service was kind, fast and in line with the atmosphere of the place: informal but attentive.
Let's move on to the food: excellent quality, fair portions and more than fair prices (€79 for two for two first courses, two second courses, two desserts, water and a bottle of wine). There is also the option of a tasting for €40 (drinks not included).
The pappardelle were really good, while the tagliolini were a bit dry. The second courses shone and the desserts… average, even if the homemade ice cream was a pleasant surprise.
The menu on the website should be updated, because it doesn't exactly match the restaurant's.
Overall, a great evening in a place that deserves its reputation.

Sono stata a pranzo in questo ristorante con il mio ragazzo e ogni piatto che abbiamo ordinato è stato fantastico, in particolare i tortelloni e la battuta di carne sono davvero indimenticabili.
Camerieri e proprietario davvero gentilissimi, ci tornerò presto!

Una gemma sulle colline modenesi. Piatti tradizionali realizzati alla perfezione. I piatti a base di funghi sono eccezionali. Il prezzo è ottimo, consigliatissimo
