Found near the farmhouse where we're staying. The welcome, service, and quality are 5-star, and maybe even better. Attentive to detail and customers. Nothing out of place. We ate in the internal courtyard and it was very comfortable, with a lovely outdoor setting. The appetizers we tried were very good (zucchini flowers and raw ham), and the tagliatelle with butter and sage and the Fassona beef burger were delicious. The raw ingredients were top-quality, the kitchen was expert in their handling, and the wine list was well-balanced. Very good value for money. Recommended!!

Eating here is a taste experience, fresh dishes prepared at the moment with care and love for food, there is no dish to recommend and everything to taste. We found ourselves having dinner on a Saturday evening in this small restaurant far from the most touristy area of ​​the Langhe and we were super satisfied! The lady who took care of the tables was very kind and helpful, the menu was full of typical local dishes, as well as being of excellent quality. The price is more than honest. Advised!

This raised a number of questions about who the inspected business was. As a longtime customer of Trattoria dei Miramonti in Marsaglia, I agree with the owners' statement that they were not involved in the matter, that is, that they were not the subject of the inspection in question, as their integrity is widely known over many years of business. In any case, it would be desirable for similar cases to clearly indicate the name of the fined business, both to warn potential customers and to dispel doubts about other businesses in the area.
