My partner and I found this restaurant on The Fork, intrigued by the tasting menu we went to the place. Truly excellent hospitality and kindness, good food beyond expectations. We left there full and happy to have spent a nice evening in peace.

Soy un buscador de restaurantes de propiedad familiar y operados en Piemonte donde las tradiciones se honran y los precios son razonables. En resumen, sigo a los nativos locales. En el pueblo de Alta Langa de Lequio Berria se encuentra precisamente eso en Bersaglieri. Cálida y hospitalaria bienvenida y un servicio atento y deliciosa cocina de un menú que consta de aproximadamente cuatro a cinco opciones para cada uno de los cuatro platos. Tengo que informar sobre mi elección antipasto de dadolata di gamberoni di crema di tapinambour (gambas grandes picadas en crema de alcachofa de Jerusalén). Si bien no lo catalogaría como un plato tradicional ya que en los viejos tiempos el atún, las anchoas bajo sal y bacala (bacalao salado) eran casi los únicos mariscos que llegaban a Langhe, pero fue una de las mejores cosas que me he llevado a la boca en estos últimos tres meses. Lo compartí a regañadientes con mi esposo, pero el intercambio por su sibric di vedura (piense en la frittatina) fue un intercambio justo, ya que también estaba delicioso. La mejilla de res Fassone fue hecha a la perfección. En resumen, un maravilloso almuerzo dominical en un día frío y húmedo en Alta Langa.

Excellent Piedmontese dinner in this quiet, welcoming and well-furnished restaurant. Fixed or à la carte menu with average prices. Really good appetizers with typical products including caponèt with fondue, veal with tuna sauce, another with Cervere leek. Also worth trying are the first courses, including the tajarin with meat sauce. Friendly staff and fairly quick service.

Discrete place typical of the Langa where, however, the typical cuisine is very revisited and in the menu you perhaps expect more traditional dishes and not the carne salada or the brandacujun typical of other regions even if nearby. Prices not exactly modest and service so-so (serving another Langa from above making it go out of gas in my opinion unwatchable)

The BERSAGLIERI restaurant in Lequio Berria is a beautiful place to enjoy excellent Langhe dishes and drink delicious wines! Excellent and homely service!

Great restaurant! We tasted the mushroom menu and enjoyed the delicious fried mushrooms. Advised! The service was impeccable and very attentive. Until next time!

Nice place, well organized and well renovated

We had dinner at this restaurant and were really very happy. Excellent quality food with local raw materials which made us have a splendid dinner. From the typical Piedmontese appetizers including vitello tonnato and carpaccio of carne salada with black truffle and guanciotto to the truly exceptional wine. Courteous and attentive service. Prices a little high but you pay for the quality.

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante è siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti. Cibo ottimo é di qualità con materie prime del territorio che ci ha fatto passare una splendida cena. Dagli antipasti tipici piemontesi tra cui il vitello tonnato e il carpaccio di carne salada con tartufo nero al guanciotto al vino davvero eccezionale. Servizio cortese è attento. Prezzi un po' alti ma la qualità si paga.
