The hospitality and professionalism are truly excellent at this restaurant. The cuisine, strongly rooted in the local area, offers captivating and certainly not banal dishes (from appetizers to desserts). The restaurant's offerings include excellent, reasonably priced menus that offer a wide range of choices, or a menu full of delicious dishes. Among these, I had the pleasure of choosing a generous and delicious snail dish. I highly recommend this place and personally plan to return with pleasure.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Ristorante dei Bersaglieri with a wonderful lunch, for which we received compliments from all our guests. We were fortunate to have the entire winery to ourselves, but the restaurant also has other rooms and a splendid outdoor space from which to enjoy the view of the Langhe hills. The dishes were exquisite, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent, even the background music. We will definitely do it again and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The dishes are excellent, the service is fast, the location is very welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

I went to dinner for a birthday. It was the first time. I took the set menu that included 5 appetizers, a first or second course, and dessert. Very good home cooking, several locations where you can dine (completely inside the restaurant, outside the restaurant but covered). I will definitely return. I can't tell you about the price because I was invited.

Found near the farmhouse where we're staying. The welcome, service, and quality are 5-star, and maybe even better. Attentive to detail and customers. Nothing out of place. We ate in the internal courtyard and it was very comfortable, with a lovely outdoor setting. The appetizers we tried were very good (zucchini flowers and raw ham), and the tagliatelle with butter and sage and the Fassona beef burger were delicious. The raw ingredients were top-quality, the kitchen was expert in their handling, and the wine list was well-balanced. Very good value for money. Recommended!!
