Customer service. Classy local cuisine. The common areas are discreetly elegant and pleasantly enriched by a gallery of paintings and a collection of period instruments.

The wine list is excellent, although I would also add niche wineries in addition to the more renowned ones already on offer. The restaurant's decor and menu could definitely use a makeover. The food, however, is excellent.

12/12/2025: A rich and delicious aperitif! Lots of tasty delicacies (a platter of cured meats and mixed cheeses), excellent wine, and very friendly and courteous service! Then the real jaw-dropping discovery is the wonderful shop in the basement... an infernot with exposed brick and barrel vaults... full of wines and sweet and savory delicacies for purchase!!! A gem in the heart of Casale Monferrato!!! Congratulations and keep it up!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

30/11/2025: Definitely excellent food and very friendly service. The atmosphere captivates you, and the girls' kindness is amazing. Excellent truffles!!! We'll definitely be back. Really good 👏
23/11/2025: Here I ate simple, well-made dishes, flawlessly prepared, while soaking up some history. Not much to add, but I recommend the gnocchi.
