I stayed at this property for two weeks during the Winter Olympics. It was a truly positive experience...the hotel is very convenient to all the amenities you could need, and you can reach Lake Santa Caterina and the various surrounding trails in just two minutes. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well-heated during the winter months when I stayed, and had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The food was excellent thanks to Paolo's professionalism and Stefania's exceptional expertise, who was always one step ahead of the guests' needs. Special thanks to Chiara (a nearly invisible presence but a true all-rounder...even roadside assistance 😂) and especially to the owner Elena, who made us feel at home during this long stay.

Excellent service, and both the restaurant and reception staff were truly friendly and helpful. Lunch and dinner were excellent, as was breakfast. The location is convenient to the town's amenities.

It's difficult to find such a successful balance between comfort, good food, and customer service. Very nice and clean rooms. We can't wait to return! 😊

We stayed at the Hotel Centrale during the "desmonteada." Very nice, the room was small but clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were very friendly. Our room had a small terrace overlooking the main road, but we didn't hear any noise, as the windows were airtight.

Vacation with my sweetheart in September. What can I say? I was completely satisfied. The three-star hotel was truly beautiful. The courtesy, kindness, and friendliness are the hallmarks of the Pais family. Impeccable cleanliness and truly excellent cuisine, which changes daily. The location is unique, close to the lake and a strategic starting point for visiting the beautiful Dolomites. It was a truly positive experience discovering this place. Definitely a place to return to.
