13/11/2025: The pizza was tasteless and very dry. I definitely won't be back. The atmosphere was nice. We didn't try the restaurant. Maybe I got the wrong pizza, but mine tasted like nothing.

19/10/2025: Forno e Cucina boasts a simple yet meticulously crafted location. The spaces are spacious and bright; the wood furnishings add a touch of elegance, creating a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. The decor is well-balanced, understated yet welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, chatty enough but always discreet. We tried both the pizza and the main dishes. The ingredients are excellent, and the restaurant's philosophy firmly focuses on showcasing traditional products from Palermo and Ragusa. The pairings reveal a desire to be daring, even if the flavors offered are still lacking. This is a promising cuisine that deserves attention: with time, it will surely find a more mature balance. An experience worth trying.
