Sober, spartan and old style place but clean and quiet. The owner is the well-known Count Olaf from "Lemony Snicket - a series of unfortunate events", seeing is believing Anyway hotel okay

10/11/2024: The food is very good, tasty, lunches are almost always full, I don't know about dinner because I've never been there...it's good with a lot of choice between 5 first courses, 5 second courses, 5 starters, coffee, water, wine...€20 for 2...and it's incredible

Ristorante dell'Hotel Cristallo

09/01/2025: We had dinner and were less than satisfied. The dishes were cold. The menu included a first course with chestnut gnocchi but instead they were mixed. Slow service with unfriendly staff. I wouldn't go back, given the medium-high cost and suitable service.
09/09/2024: Great hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and well-furnished. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the mountainside river. Hotel staff were exceptional too. My partner and I arrived on short notice, cutting our day’s hike short due to bad weather. We were given coffee in the lobby while we checked in. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
