Al Vino al Vino In Roma

This historic wine bar is located at Via dei Serpenti 19 in Rome's Monti neighborhood, a wonderful neighborhood by the way. It's been a while since I've been here, and I've found the same friendly atmosphere. Reservations are recommended on weekends. There's a wide selection of quality wines. The staff is always available to make recommendations based on your current tastes. It remains one of the best wine bars in Rome. Stop by if you're in the area, especially for a good glass of wine. And it's also the atmosphere the owners create; you always end up chatting with the people who frequent it. You feel a bit at home! The only thing I recommend is expanding the somewhat limited food menu. But in my opinion, the place remains wonderful for its ambience, atmosphere, and the opportunity to meet and chat with other people, especially if you sit at the side counter.

A charming wine bar! With many wineries, all Italian, and plenty of grape varieties to try. They offer excellent recommendations... platters of cured meats and cheeses to nibble on, and of course, that caponata... delicious! A charming place, and what can I say when you step out onto the terrace and see the Colosseum in the background? 100% recommended!

We are not wine people, but my friend and I asked for recommendations and were given the BEST tasting wine I have ever experienced in my life - was genuinely astounded how good it was. Beautiful garden out back and very kind staff.

Wow! What an amazing find. This little place was packed with locals and I feel fortunate to have stumbled into it. If you are remotely interested in wine, this is a must stop on your visit to Rome. The two men working the bar were extremely polite and even provided me with some dining suggestions in the area. I will definitely be returning here on any of my future visits to Rome. Actually, it's places like this that make me want to re-visit.

Stopped in for glass of wine, was seated in a beautiful hidden terrace which provided shade. The wine was delicious and the service was friendly! Stop here for an authentic experience with delicious wines.

A very intimate and informal place that we really liked. They have an open space in the back, but also the tables along the internal corridor are cool and quiet. Quality wines and exquisite food, very kind staff and a special mention for Alessia, cute, cheerful and friendly. Thank you for your kindness!
