The fresh pasta shop 'Al vero tortellino bolognese' also under new management offers its customers tasty but light products, handcrafted according to the highest Bolognese tradition. Tortellini, lasagna, passatelli, gnocchi are on display on the counter; tasty desserts, biscuits, rice or yoghurt cakes, pastries for breakfast or cheerful snacks. For years I have been turning to the people who work there to reserve or purchase their products, to be consumed immediately or placed in the freezer. The environment is simple and tidy; often the making of tortellini takes place on a table before our eyes; from the kitchen comes a delicious aroma of ragù....
