Although the plating is very simple, using simple disposable tableware, it does not minimize the quality of the service, the food is very well taken care of both in its aesthetic aspect and in the cooking and serving phase. The waiting times are really very short, and even if there is a slight crowd they don't take long, however the quality of the food you taste will do justice to this wait. For my part, I chose a Tuscan soup, very tasty and fresh; with a very tender vegetarian burger, with a good glass of local red wine, finishing with a very good single-portion homemade dessert. The setting is very simple, very reminiscent of a normal home kitchen and gives the consumer peace of mind while tasting a meal, Mrs. Silvia, a very nice person, helps everything with professionalism and smiles. Furthermore, the proximity of the train station and the Serio river make it a good stopping point for sports enthusiasts and simple tourists looking for an out-of-town trip. The toilets are very clean, large and also have a bidet, which surprised me a lot and made me satisfied with the 360° management. As a vegan I couldn't help but try it! I came here on Monday for lunch, and I tried the menu with two choices: everything was delicious, made with love and with particular and interesting combinations. Those who were with me appreciated it equally, despite not being vegan. The very kind and patient owner explained the dishes to us in detail and you can see that she loves her job. The place is also very beautiful, intimate and linked to the organic and vegan world. Obviously highly recommended!
