Casual dining apparently frequented by locals and some tourists alike. The staff were friendly and helped us select the right menu items. English speaking as well. Not fancy but a good vibe! They also accommodated our custom drink order (Negroni ala Amarro di Capo subbed for campari).

Popped in for lunch while passing. We had the salmon pasta, sea food pasta and pesto pasta with a side of tapas. Great tasting pasta and coffee. Staff were very friendly and prices were reasonable. Would be happy to go back.

What a great meal in pleasant and friendly surroundings. The carbonara was exceptionally good. If you want really good food at very reasonable prices, this is the place! Excellent service too!

Even after 32 visits to Venice, you can still discover such gems. Solid, down-to-earth cuisine at reasonable prices. Great staff, authentic ambiance. Only the restroom could use some renovation.

It was a really nice surprise, we passed by the place and went in. The place is small, but since I went there with my boyfriend it wasn't a bad thing either. Dishes and staff worth 10.

Efficient, pleasant service, authentic cuisine for excellent value for money. We don't charge €5 for mineral water, the carafe is provided as standard, I appreciate it. Very good neighborhood restaurant

The food was excellent. We ate pasta carbonara and drank prosecco. It was perfect and delicious! The service is good and fast, the price is good. I don't have a picture of the food because my phone went off, but it is commendable that the waiter charged my phone battery while we were having lunch. All recommendations!

I had a good time, both in terms of food and hospitality. The Venetian-style liver with slices of polenta and the spritz-campari are excellent. What more do you want?

An excellent and authentic place, visited twice with complete satisfaction. Traditional Venetian dishes but also standard Italian cuisine for international tourists who will probably turn up their noses at sardines in saor and chopped liver.

Club del Doge Restaurant

01/04/2025: What a view with out of this world service. But the LUNCH menu absolutely sucks. The portions were small and extremely expensive. But again, the view of what you are going for. I'm sure the Dinner menu is better, but that Lunch menu should be reevaluated. Just my opinion. Nice place to go and just get some drinks.
16/02/2025: We had our wedding at The Gritti Palace and it was phenomenal!! We want to thank the chef and all the staff at the Club Del Doge, all our guests were blown away by the menu they curated for us. And the staff were so friendly and attentive the entire dinner. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Venice this is the place!!

14/03/2025: After seeing the review, I went to get a pistachio croissant, but it wasn't there, so I ate it at Nunetti's! I only bought two to try, but they were so good that I bought two more and ate them the next day too! I'm eating on the train right now and I'm so happy😆
19/02/2025: If you want dry desserts made to perfection, this is the right place! The pistachio basket is delicious 🥰
