I gladly recommend this cozy trattoria. We were greeted with smile .
The food was really tasty, big portions and cheap.
The lady who served us let me exercise my knowledge of Italian language :)

I came across this place by accident while walking around Palermo and I must admit that I was very pleasantly surprised, the atmospheric interior, delicious home-made food prepared by a real Italian mother who first shouted a little in the kitchen and then cooked a meal for me with a smile. On the plus side, you can take not the whole bottle of wine but, for example, half a bottle for half the price. I liked it very much, I ate a caprese spaghetti amatriciana salad and house wine in a half-liter carafe. I recommend.

Excellent regional cuisine with prices, fortunately, from the end of the century...! Near the main train station the daughter is serving and the mother is in the kitchen. Historic Osteria, always there for more than a hundred years, at an entrance to the city (Porta Garibaldi). The guests change, the family owners are always there. Public parking spaces in front of the door are free and sufficient after 8 p.m. At lunchtime either paid or free parking in the side streets (Via Antonio Ugo or Via Gian Filippo Ingrassia)
Closed on Sundays, otherwise 12-15/ 19-22.

Sicilian family restaurant run by its owners. Very good food at a very good price. Cozy atmosphere. I recommend the sea salad and the pasta alla Norma.

The food was ok, nothing special but good. However, I strongly suggest you pay attention to the bills because the coperto card shows the amount of 1 euro per person and we were charged 2 euros. Additionally, the ordered paste cost 6 euros, but the bill showed 9 euros. During our stay, all guests asked the staff again when they received the bill because something was wrong.
