Butcher-Restaurant where you choose the meat directly at the butcher's counter and then it is brought to you cooked on the grill at your table. We took a bowler hat for each type (13) and a side dish of typical potatoes and grilled vegetables. The environment is welcoming, home-style. Excellent value for money. Tip: to find an available table, arrive by 7.30pm otherwise it is very difficult to find a seat! Super recommended.

Cisternino = bowler hats
Bowler hats = old stove
Old stove = safety.
I return to them after 8 years and there is no problem, many in the north have tried (mannarino?) but they don't even come close to them.
I found a place by calling a day in advance, the service may seem a bit chaotic but in reality everything is calculated by those who manage the place, personally on an August evening I went in and had dinner in 1 hour. Little to say about the food, everything is wonderful, even the side dishes.
Honorable mention for the "gnummareddi".
I count? Binge x 2 = €39 WITH RECEIPT.

Amazing meat: choose what you want to grill at the meat counter and then they will bring it to your table. The typical bowler hats are delicious, the best of the holiday, and the diaphragm is amazing! Excellent service and rustic and very nice atmosphere! Reservation recommended because it is very popular!

Poca attesa per il tavolo, servizio veloce, carne e vino ottimi. Si sono scordati un contorno ma pazienza, nel computo generale siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Prezzo ottimo.
