The best bombette in Puglia! But not only that, all the meat and the rest of the menu is high quality, the service is always excellent and the location is fantastic!!

We had lunch at this place. We had a very good time, we chose the meat from the counter and the side dishes. In particular, I recommend trying the Barese sausage with tomato and mozzarella, and also try all the varieties of bombette they offer. Compliments! Honest prices and quality. Advised!

Great experience! Exceptional bowlers! We were in this restaurant last 04.24.2025. You go to the butcher's counter where you choose the meat that they will cook for you and then serve to you at the table. Location inside the informal and very clean restaurant, while the tables outside are very suggestive because they are among the alleys of the town. Perfect service. Highly recommended!

Rustic place but excellent quality meat, and really friendly staff.... excellent value for money, however the bathroom is dilapidated and doesn't even have a mirror. Of course, meat is worth it like everything else, but an acceptable bathroom wouldn't be bad

We stayed in Cisternino a few months apart. We had already been there last summer and it was a reconfirmation. We ordered classic bombette, stuffed bombette and livers for us adults and a slice of roast (more tender) for our son. Well what can I say... EVERYTHING EXCELLENT! Even the meat for the baby, despite becoming cold at the end, remained tender and juicy. Highly recommended!

Posto autentico, tra i pochi aperti anche a pranzo. Ci siamo sentiti i benvenuti, ANCHE SE turisti (italiani e del nord…😅), non è stato lo stesso in molti altri ristoranti pugliesi, purtroppo…😩. Carne davvero buona. Servizio efficiente, nonostante ci fosse molta gente. Certo, il conto di 70€ forse eccessivo, considerato che il cliente prima di noi ne ha spesi 35€. C’era da aspettarsi no. Sarebbe stato corretto se non avesse almeno superato i 50€, considerato che non è certo un ristorante stellato. Consigliato, ma magari in compagnia o ‘raccomandato’ di/da un local, può sempre aiutare da queste parti a ricevere il giusto trattamento! Un premio comunque a cortesia, qualità del cibo e autenticità!

La cordiale accoglienza è stata il preludio di un’ottima cena. Abbiamo gustato un buonissimo antipasto di verdure sotto olio ed a seguire una fetta di capocollo squisita e ben cotta. A seguire sublimi bombette, fegatini e salsiccia. A seguire dolci e nocino. Servizio professionale e celere. Prezzo giusto. Ottima esperienza da ripetere.

13/05/2025: Location located in the heart of the historic center of Cisternino, you choose the meat at the counter and you sit in the two available rooms, one a little more casual and one more elegant. Despite being in the center and despite the great tourism that has been created in this splendid country, I really liked the price and the raw material of this place. We spent 25 euros per person with a tasting of cold cuts and cheeses, meat of all kinds, water and a bottle of wine RECOMMENDED

Pizzeria del Portico

15/05/2025: I went to this place in Fasano with my wife by chance and honestly I felt good from the first moment ... very kind, professional and smiling staff. Before ordering they brought us some special tarallini, crunchy bread and local olives, all offered by the management (very welcome). We ordered two pizzas, one Margherita and one completa (tomato, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, capers and oregano), very thin and crunchy, a real surprise, in one word "excellent" ... to drink water and orange juice at the right temperature. Another positive note is the cleanliness, in short I will return very willingly and will tell all my friends and relatives about it. Lastly there was a background with soft music that allowed us to relax to the maximum. A round of applause to the manager who I don't know and who I would like to meet the next time I go telling him to continue like this because everything is ok, also because if there had been a comma out of place I would never have written a review because I only write five-star reviews and that's it. Also the price was right in the norm, I spent €25.
15/05/2025: Delicious food, friendly service and fair price. Recommended!
