Al Valico Ristorante Bruschetteria In Verghereto

Al Valico is a genuine, traditional, and welcoming restaurant located behind the gas station, in the same service area, but at the back. This review is for the restaurant. We were welcomed and seated. The service was very friendly and the food was quick. The menu is varied, including very fresh fish. We tried the green gnocchetti with sausage ragù and the classic pappardelle with wild boar, served with seasonal vegetables, either pan-fried or baked. Chef Enrico, who deserves a special mention, came out to say hello and ask if we enjoyed his dishes, just like in a luxury restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and paid very little for the quality, which included fresh, homemade pasta and generous amounts of sauce. Recommended for those traveling to Cesena. We will definitely be back. Excellent location for groups, with convenient parking in front of the restaurant. The view from the restaurant is exceptional.

You're expecting a service station, but instead you'll find a genuine place with homemade food and moderate prices. Well done!

Hidden behind the gas station, this restaurant offers home-style cuisine at affordable prices without the royalties typical of common "service stations." The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was porous and firm, and the mushrooms were very good. The portion was just right (I think 150g), but I would have preferred a few more grams, net of the sauce. For my main course, I ordered the medium-rare tagliata, which, although good and tender, was very small and presented like an "out-of-town student." The view is excellent, the restaurant is spacious and high up, and there's plenty of parking outside.
