Al Tratturo In Roccaraso

Cameriera attempata con occhiali e capelli mossi biondi estremamente scortese e poco professionale… Abbiamo raggiunto il locale con l’intento di mangiare una pizza non sapendo che il ristorante a pranzo non serve pizze, arrosticini e fritture, menu cartaceo assente solo tramite qr code sul proprio device. Abbiamo ordinato 2 affettati e una focaccia/bruschetta(quella si che la servono ) 3 gnocchi sorrentina 1 chitarra alla bolognese ( che poi si e’ rivelata una tagliatella) 1 papprdella al ragu’ di cinghiale piatti saporiti ma nella norma. La richiesta di una coca cola aggiuntiva e’ stata procrastinata perché la signora avrebbe dovuto prima sparecchiare, dopo circa 10 minuti abbiamo richiesto la coca cola all’altro cameriere che ce l’ha servita immediatamente. Prezzo in linea con gli altri ristoranti della zona.

We had lunch in this restaurant in Roccaraso enjoying typical dishes from the mountain area. The menu is in line with expectations. The quality of the dishes was normal as were the portions. The location is beautiful. The service was not impeccable perhaps due to the position of our table. We often had to show up to get the attention of the staff in the room but otherwise they were always very helpful. Too bad I paid €3 for 0.75cl of filtered water. They don't make kebabs for lunch 😭

Excellent food, hospitality and price

Good restaurant, good quality/price ratio. However, nothing exceptional, artistically good as in every Abruzzo restaurant, meat not very tasty, they could do better. Inattention also in the service, dishes often arrive on the wrong tables.

We went today after several years. Markedly poorer quality compared to the past. High prices compared to quantity and quality. Pappardelle with wild boar has nothing to do with those of a few years ago. A tavern with luxury restaurant prices.

On the road to Pietransieri, there is this very well-known pizza restaurant in the area. I assure you that it makes excellent pizza, the starters are also good. Fast service even though it was full, affordable prices.

returning to you, after many years I had the opportunity to appreciate the quality of your cuisine and your Abruzzo tradition. Thank you for letting us have a delicious and genuine dinner on the motorbike. Compliments

Very nice place, attentive, fast, polite and friendly service and excellent food!!! Only one flaw as a service worker, I would have liked to see a few more hats in the kitchen.... anyway 10 and praise!!!

Nice place. Very patient with us and helpful as we didn't speak Italian well. Food excellent.
