Excellent cuisine... the fish was really well cooked and delicious, as were the side dishes.
Excellent service from the restaurant owner, who was truly skilled at entertaining guests.
And what can I say about the dessert, "Pantelleria seen from above"? Aside from the deliciousness of the dish, the plating was beautiful.
It was a significant expense, but it was worth it.

This is one of the top three restaurants I've tried in my life. Superb, refined, modern, and innovative cuisine. Service is friendly, personable, and never overbearing. The view is incredible. The price is absolutely justified.

The location was stunning, even though we arrived late and missed the sunset. Excellent dishes and impeccable presentation. The seaweed and seafood risotto deserves a special mention, and I highly recommend it. The seaweed ice cream with ginger and caper powder also won us over, along with the chocolate dammusini. Excellent service and very friendly service. Anyone visiting Pantelleria simply must try this experience.

Everything was perfect! Expertise, professionalism, friendliness, creativity, superb ingredients, a jaw-dropping location...in short, the best of the best in Pantelleria, in a place that's been under the same ownership since 2008...and that's a guarantee, but the desire to improve and innovate is what really sets this restaurant apart, especially in recent years, when the chef has made a crucial contribution, making it a league of its own on the island at sunset! The gnocchi with shrimp, tuna bottarga, and truffle are a must-try...simply brilliant!

Bel viaggio tra emozioni e nuovi sapori, ristorante curato e ricercato consigliato per una cena di alto livello al prezzo giusto
Nulla è scontato, tutto da scoprire…peccato infatti averlo conosciuto solamente l’ultima sera del nostro soggiorno altrimenti saremmo tornati più volte (nulla a che vedere con il dammuso, risacca e altri ristoranti locali di qualità notevolmente inferiore e neanche lontanamente paragonabili)
Ogni piatto da gustare con tutti i sensi (si anche l’udito perché dopo averlo mangiato non si può non parlarne)
Ovviamente da andare…al tramonto
