Al Tramonto In Pantelleria

This evening I was at the Tramonti restaurant, what can I say I had a great time. Very kind waiter, the girl equally kind and helpful, really good dishes. I recommend the pasta with sea urchins and the one with prawns. Very good dessert. Beautiful view. I give 5 stars pleasantly

The view is spectacular as well as the owner’s attention to you as a guest. This restaurant is a little bit off the beaten path, so make sure you plan a visit for lunch or dinner!

Ci siamo tornati a distanza di anni ed è sempre una garanzia! La location è spettacolare con vista sul mare con il tramonto dai mille colori che Pantelleria può offrire. Valentina ed Oscar ti contagiano con la loro passione per ciò che fanno: offrire una deliziosa e gustosa esperienza gastronomica. I piatti, ispirati alla tradizione pantesca, sono arricchiti dalla loro rivisitazione. L’arancina di pesce accompagnata da una salsetta al nero di seppia e scamorza fuso è eccellente così come la mousse di cernia con cipolline rosse e salsa all’arancia. Per piatto principale abbiamo preso una spigola al sale e servita con una semplicissima emulsione olio limone. Il sapore del mare era fantastico. Buona anche la scelta (ed i suggerimenti) dei vini e, in generale, personale molto attento e competente. Se si torna a Pantelleria non mancherà una visita ai nostri dispensatori di benessere!

Hatten uns dieses Restaurant schon vorab notiert und uns sehr darauf gefreut. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön und der Service freundlich. Der rohe Fischteller war im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants auf der Insel sehr teuer und geschmacklich eher okay, Ebenfalls der Teller mit Oktopus und die Nudeln waren leider sehr wässrig. Insgesamt leider nicht so wie wir es erwartet hatten.

Beautiful restaurant, with a terrace overlooking the sea, more precisely a view of the sunset, friendly owner and very kind staff, the food was divine, we had a fish-based dinner, everything was delicious. Recommended is the catch of the day and the Pantelleria dessert seen from above. Quality food at an adequate price.

We had the pleasure of dining at this location on 06.26.2024. What can I say... there are no words to describe it all. However, I highly recommend this restaurant. Fantastic place, delicious food, impeccable service, kindness and courtesy at the top. Thanks for everything we had a wonderful evening..
