The onwer said the fish will be made in an unforgettable manner baked with oil and salt. It was all nothing but the truth. Spectacular fish served with local white in an empty off-season restaurant, we were lucky it was still open. Special credit for the Pantalleria helicopter view dessert. Very nice place with a great sea view. Recommended.

Beautiful location, especially at sunset. But I recommend paying more attention to the dishes. The squid, but especially the octopus in the "Al Tramonto" seafood salad were hard and chewy. Due to the refinement of the menu and the refinement with which you present the dishes, as well as the prices, the quality and cooking of the dishes are fundamental. I also recommend reviewing the coffee, as it is undrinkable. Concluding a refined dinner with a coffee like this is truly unpleasant and not up to par.

Great ambience with sunset and sea views! Very nice team! Food rather expensive. Had beautifully prepared fish with a herb salt crust, perfectly filleted at the table. Wines rather inexpensive and very good. Absolute recommendation!

Ci siamo tornati a distanza di anni ed è sempre una garanzia! La location è spettacolare con vista sul mare con il tramonto dai mille colori che Pantelleria può offrire. Valentina ed Oscar ti contagiano con la loro passione per ciò che fanno: offrire una deliziosa e gustosa esperienza gastronomica. I piatti, ispirati alla tradizione pantesca, sono arricchiti dalla loro rivisitazione. L’arancina di pesce accompagnata da una salsetta al nero di seppia e scamorza fuso è eccellente così come la mousse di cernia con cipolline rosse e salsa all’arancia. Per piatto principale abbiamo preso una spigola al sale e servita con una semplicissima emulsione olio limone. Il sapore del mare era fantastico. Buona anche la scelta (ed i suggerimenti) dei vini e, in generale, personale molto attento e competente. Se si torna a Pantelleria non mancherà una visita ai nostri dispensatori di benessere!
