Very kind and customer-focused staff. Traditional Tuscan foods and meats chosen from various parts of the world. The steak (per kilo at least) melts in your mouth. The environment is nice and it feels good.

If you are meat lover and in Trieste then you must visit this place, amazing stakes and unique selection of delicious Italian cheese, very nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Embassy of Tuscan cuisine well rooted in the Trieste scene: rustic in form, simple in the menu but rich in substance. The card is in fact not very extensive but still versatile both for "light" orders and for routes built around the powerful "large displacement" cuts, depending on daily availability. Highly trained and skilled manager in detailing the characteristics of the meat to best meet the tastes of the guests. Wine list set up with good complementarity with the menu. High bill but reasonably commensurate with the quality of the raw material. A classic for fans of the genre

A wonderfully simple, homestyle restaurant. The Florentine-style steaks are outstanding! In the main area, there’s an open grill where the chef prepares the meat to perfection right before your eyes. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the best spots for quality meat dishes in our region. Highly recommended!

Eccezionale! Chianina cucinata alla perfezione. Funghi porcini di una bontà assoluta. La qualità dei prodotti, la conoscenza delle materie prime e la passione dello chef per il suo lavoro sono indiscutibili. Menù molto ricco. Da tornare sicuramente per assaggiare anche gli altri piatti.

Four stars for the ambience as some tables were quite close to the fireplace/grill. For the rest we can only confirm the excellence of the dishes and the quality of the service.

Panetteria Un Mondo Senza Glutine

06/09/2024: Panetteria/ pasticceria/ gastronomia completamente senza glutine. Vasta opzione anche di prodotti vegani tra brioche, lasagne, pastìccini… Personale veramente tanto gentile e accogliente e locale molto carino. Un po’ fuori dal centro di Trieste ma ne vale veramente la pena per tutti i prodotti (pizzette, panini già farciti, base per la pizza, pane anche integrale e con i semi, brioche, pastìccini, krafen, piatti pronti come lasagne e paste fredde…) Se ritornassi nella città sarebbe sicuramente il primo posto in cui andrei. Super consigliato!!!
