An absolute top place for steak lovers. Dryaged beef (many types) from the charcoal grill, a delight! Not cheap, but definitely worth it.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner for two! We tried the tartare and the crostone with smoked beef and honey (menu of the day) and the protagonist, the Spanish Retinta. We really appreciated everything starting from the very accurate explanation of the meat, you can see and feel the preparation and the passion, as the flavor of the meat fully reflects what was described. There really are no words, it is a truly unique culinary experience and a must try for those who love the true flavor of meat. You'll feel like you've never eaten meat before.

Outstanding, excellent meat and cooked to perfection. The cured meats and fresh fried courgette flowers are also excellent. The wood embers and perfect cooking make it an experience to be repeated often. See you soon

21/07/2024: We stopped for breakfast. Fresh, modern, clean place with a wide choice of pastries and brioches, all wholemeal or vegan, made very well and with selected ingredients. Prices in line with the rest of the market. There is parking. I'll be back.
