At the Tuscan restaurant, only meat... A name you can trust!! Let Cristiano recommend you; you won't be disappointed! We had the Tuscan prosciutto and the mixed pecorino cheeses with chutneys.
The Galician rubia, though... I'm speechless!!! DIVINE!

Five of us went for dinner. I'd read reviews about the owner being a bit gruff, but we had a great time. He explained the origins of the meat and the animals' diet to us in a clear, unfussy manner. We had excellent appetizers, especially the amazing tartare and Colonnata lard, and two different types of steaks for five of us to share. The steaks were truly excellent, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The server was competent, serious, and polite, and always available. A few more smiles every now and then would have been nice.
Unfortunately, since we had to drive, we didn't order any wine. The price was relatively high, but it was absolutely appropriate for the food and not more than we expected. Definitely recommended.

Excellent Tuscan steak culture; if you want an authentic Fiorentina, this is the place for you! The selection includes several different breeds of beef (Chianina, Wagyu, Angus, Txogitotxu, etc.). The meat has an internal temperature of under 40°C! and melts in your mouth like butter when eaten raw—not for wimps or schnitzel-lovers.

You've become a must-have for us because we love your dishes. We let ourselves be guided by the narrative voice that recounts and describes every detail.
We particularly enjoyed the pulled pork on a bed of crispy potatoes; it was truly excellent.

Right at the start, we were kindly welcomed on the pleasant terrace. The waiter brought us the menu and wine list, then showed us all other dishes from the blackboard. The appetizers were good, the noodles with rare porcini mushrooms, but tasty, my pieces of meat was very good but served on a cold plate. But it was, otherwise a glass of good Cabernet Sauvignon, served quite warm. Both side dishes were delicious. And finally, cantucci with Vin Santo, a real indulgence. Friendly and fast service. All in all, good, but don't expect low prices. We will certainly come again.
