We managed to eat at Torrione by pure chance. We tried to book as soon as we arrived on the island, but the first availability wasn't until four days after we left. Disheartened, we asked every evening if a table had become available, but nothing. Then, luck struck: due to bad weather, the ferries between the two islands were suspended, and a spot became available for a fantastic dinner.
The best restaurant on the island, hands down.
Of San Nicola and the Tremiti Islands, it honestly has no competition (unfortunately). Fresh fish and excellent quality and quantity. The only downside is the limited seating, so I recommend booking early!

Beautiful location and good food. The real highlight is the owner, Tiziana, a lively, kind, and very friendly woman. She entertained us with wonderful tales of the island's history.

The food is high quality, but the price is exorbitant.
Unfortunately, we were swarmed by flying black creatures. It was almost impossible to have dinner.

A great place to stop for a bite to eat on the way to the church!
Fresh fish and very kind and helpful staff!
We ate cavatelli allo scoglio and fried fish on the porch with a splendid view.
Highly recommended!
